Wow.... I'm not sure if it's just the location or something, it was a GOOD VIBE and Energy and (Everyone) in the surrounding rooms were behaving nicely and very Cool social. It was a very different experience... Fun like.. The gentleman at the desk (Graveyard shift), wow, he was just easy going, like kind and friendly if I had any questions and call the office. And it wasn't phony, nice guy! The cleanliness and feeling of being in a "Clean Place!", Is real. Reasonably priced and Decent place. I'm sure it will be my "Go to" place for a good experience. What ever the reason or why it's different from the other places, Pleeeze keep the energy and cool people. NO TROUBLE MAKERS! Thanks! Rick

The location of this place is amazing and the front office staff were very warm and accomodating. Muni stops are within a few hundred feet, and it is in the middle of most major areas - 20 min walk to Fisherman's Wharf, 15 min to North Beach and China Town, near downtown. Easy to walk anywhere! Additionally, the owner's wife has planted flower boxes and greenery around the location which gives it a nice feel.

The inn is a little dated and they are in the process of renovation. The kitchen was adequate, but not stocked very well (we had to buy dish soap, dish towels, and sponges). The cleaning staff only came twice in the week we were there - though I'm sure they would have scheduled it if we had asked.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of a lot of attractions, with a bus stop close by for those that are far away. The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. While there is no room service, tea and coffee is available at reception and we were given the menu cards of places that deliver food to the roo..

Exceptionally clean and appears to be recently updated. The hotel seems to be a family run business and they obviously take price in their business. Spacious and nicely decorated, the room had two beds, one queen and one full-size. There was plenty of room for the four adults in our party. The bathroom was spacious, nicely decorated and impeccably clean. I appreciated the effort toward reducing waste by having just a large bottle of shampoo in the shower as opposed to all the small travel-size toiletries. The wifi was super strong and we had no issues connecting or uploading documents. There was also a large walk-in closet and a refrigerator so we could store the fresh foods we brought. Having parking included with our booking was a major bonus and the location was just perfect for walking around downtown SF.

The room only had bath towels for three people and so we had to request the additional ones.

Parking! The day we came to SF we parked the car and never used it until we had to leave. The place is 5 minute walk from Polk Street - good choice of cafes and restaurants. Just make sure you've checked their opening times.

The room was extremely dark. We had to keep our lights on all the time. Day and night.

The location is perfect. We went in our car and the main reason why we booked this place was because of the free parking and the reviews. The room was very spacious. We didn´t have the rooms that has the bathroom renovated but it was completely fine. The room was clean, free wifi and what we needed was perfect.

The kitchen needs some renovations, but we didn´t use it.

the property was clean and equipped with everything you need. the staff was great and free parking is always a big boon. overall great value for money. this place doesn’t feel like a shady motel, since we were travelling with family that was really important for us and it is at a great location with so many good spots nearby

The location was in a great area of the city, well within reach for desirable spots. The parking was a major positive as well. Nice staff too

The room didn’t have an option for air conditioning, just heating. We had to open the window to get air flow

Upscale room, with modern finishes. Spacious. Corner room offered pleasant views of neighborhood backyards and gardens. Fairly close to waterfront.

Loose headboard of west bed was loose and banged against wall. I eventually dragged the bed away from headboard. No coffee in lobby. For the price, this should have been included. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms.

Excellent location, clean place. We felt really safe during our visit. Would stay here again and would recommend.

WiFi connection could be better. We were staying in the room on the ground floor and we could hear quite a lot people walking on the 1st floor.
