it was a great and convenient location. they had parking there and an underground lot just for them. check in was a breeze, and I have to give many thanks to Anna, who checked us in. she went above and beyond in making us comfortable and happy. She even gave us a map of San Francisco and pointed out on the mail different highlights to see, areas of town to stay away from and all about how to get around. Many thanks to Anna and her staff.

Everything was absolutely wonderful ! - Location : Easy ride from the airport, cable car stop, Polk Street's restaurants / stores, bus stops few minutes by foot...even Fishermen's wharf is reachable by foot ! - Parking : Free parking with lots of spaces, a huge plus ! - Security : Cameras everywhere on the premises, from hallways to parking. The parking is open entry from the street but everything felt very secured - Rooms : Renovated, high quality bedding, spot on cleaningness, lots of space, mini fridge / microwave, large windows with lots of light - Service : If everything else was already perfect, special shout out to the owner and receptionnist who was so nice, helpful and just had our best interest at heart ! We had the nicest stay there, will definitely be back next time !

The hotel has recently renovated rooms. The room was newly painted with new furniture incl bed, which were very nice. The doors / outside areas had yet to be renovated. Once that has been done, I would consider this more than a 2 star hotel. Free parking provided and staff very helpful. Excellent location for tourist attractions and local restaurants/bars. Housekeeping was provided.

The room door needed replacing and the air con unit deep cleaning / replacing. We understand that this was part of future planned renovations. What had been done up was lovely. We would definitely return if in the area again, once renovations complete.

At first from the outside it looked like a cheap motel. But when you open the door to your room is really really nice. The size of the room is really large. Considering that your are in the middle of the city San Francisco. The cleanliness of the room was also superb. So really good value for money. There was no breakfast in the hotel. But there are plenty possibilities to have breakfast in the neighborhood. Parking was free, under the hotel is a parking garage which has plenty of room to park your car.

Maybe the hallway to the room could use a little makeover.

I really liked the interior. It was freshly renovated, the room was kind of luxurious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The district was calm and quite close to a few supermarkets and liquor shops. The hotel has a lot of bad reviews from times before the renovation, so don't look too far for checking the reviews. Check those that are recent. The garage was quite spacious and we easily found a place to park for free, which isn't an obvious thing in San Francisco.

There is a busy street next to the Inn which is quite noisy. I recommend bringing some earplugs with you. There is no kettle, only little coffee machine and microwave in the room, so boiling a water for a tea is difficult (you need your own cup to heat the water in microwave or use the coffee machine)

The woman who checked us in was beyond lovely. She took the time go over the local map for us and point out where to go and what to avoid. The room itself was brand new and smelled very clean and fresh. Absolutely no smoke smell at all. Location is great and safe. My only small tiny complaint is I was hoping for a vending machine with drinks and snacks late night but that’s no big deal. Ice machine worked good though. Definitely a great value for the area and would happily stay here again next time in SF!

The property is being renovated, but most of the rooms look completed. Outside is still a bit messy, but my room was perfectly clean. No paint smell or anything like that. Everything was new. The bed was brand new and very (very) comfortable. I got some of the best sleep I have ever had at a hotel! The lady at the front desk is super friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. The AC unit was a bit aged, but worked fine: I had to request a second blanket on my second night, which they supplied no problem.

The staff was friendly and polite. The room was extra clean and smelled very nice when we walked in. I loved the fact that there was no carpet in the room. The room was very modern and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the restroom was clean! We also liked the amount of surveillance cameras on the property. We would stay here again!

The parking is a little tight, but I guess that’s expected in such a big city.

Modern furnishings and simple big room. Was very clean. Made the room up twice when we asked while we were there 6 days which was very nice. Is a little bear bones with not much in the room but basics. Not many facilities. Parking was great. Area close to shops but can get a few dodgy people around but is the whole area in general. Good value for the prices in san francisco!

Overall this place met my expectations due to its location, walking distance to Aquatic Cove beach, cable car, Coit Tower, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 33 for Alcatraz ferry. The room was clean and of decent size with large beds (family 2+2) and equipped with fridge, coffee machine, ironing set and TV. There is lots of nice restaurants near hotel and I found this location very safe even for night walks.
