Everything was wonderful. Location, service, all staff very friendly and very helpful and attentive. Room was spacious and clean. Beds, pillow and linens were awesome. Very quiet. Beautiful. Nice view. It exceeded expectations in every way.
a lot of added fees I didn't know about. The room ended up being much more than I had anticipated. I thought it was going to be about $700 it ended up almost a thousand and I didn't have any room charges, room service, etc. That is just all the added fees and rate higher than what I saw when booking on Booking.com

The location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the gym was clean and well equipped
At check in $400 was added to my bill for incidentals but this wasn’t explained to me. I was surprised to find this sum added to my credit card charge. I had to check the next day and it was then explained to me.

The room was spacious. Bed was super comfortable, I'm picky on pillows, and I was happy that OMNI had really good ones. Location is convenient- BART station is 5 min walk, Chinatown is 10-15 min walk, Union Square is nearby. We took a free walking tour, and its route was all around the hotel. Staff was very responsive - I asked for a little fridge, and they delivered it momentarily, and the doorman gave us very useful city information
The faucet handle in the sink fell off from time to time :)

The hotel was conveniently located, the lobby was beautiful, the doormen were helpful, the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Located right on the California cable car line. We felt safe at all times and the surrounding area was very clean. The Omni was truly a high class establishment that my wife and I would visit again in a heartbeat!
There wasn't much to dislike. One, I guess, downside- which was totally understandable given Covid and staffing issues - was that it looked like the hotel restaurant wasn't open for dinner. This didn't bother us much as there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It was serving breakfast however.

I have been to the property and the staff and location are excellent.
It was very inconvenient to not have a mini-bar. It was extremely inconvenient to not have room service to allow the ability to continue working. The limitation of ordering food to go from Monte's Bar at 5;30 pm and waiting for another hour was not ideal. The limited seating at the bar with no other options in the hotel was also not ideal. I would not consider SF safe at this time to wander at night. It was undesirable to have to leave the hotel to find a quicker food service solution.

$75 for overnight parking is a lot - we didn’t realize till our last night that there was free street parking right around the corner and our car was fine. Also when we arrived our room was freezing and took hours to warm up

Very nice and comfortable hotel in the business district. The rooms were very nice and quite. The location of the hotel is good to visit San Francisco.
The valet parking was expensive. The food was good (dinner and breakfast) but the price was on the high side. Dinner was only available at the bar with a limited choice.

Lack of a restaurant. The hotel serves breakfast and has a bar that serves food, but not a real restaurant. However, it is close to some very good ones including Credo and Tadich Grill.

Comfortable room, nice bathroom with good shower, friendly and polite staff, beautiful lobby area, convenient location for what we were doing in the city.
Thought I booked a "city view" but we just had the back of the building behind. Not a huge deal. Sirens woke me up at night but that's just part of being in a city.

Hotel was very clean and most of staff was attentive. The one time I ordered room service the food arrived very quickly.
I couldn’t get my morning Starbucks order brought up to my room. I was told the front desk staff was too busy to bring my order up to me and they wouldn’t let the Uber Eats driver come up to my room to drop off the order.
