Great location, very close to Chinatown Gate under 10 blocks from Powell Station and Westfield . Friendly staff, comfortable bed and clean premises overall.

The hotel it's a little bit pricey, but San Francisco is not cheap anyway. Just be careful if you go out at night, because there are a lot of hustlers around Market Street.

The location was amazing and walking distance to everything. The front desk staff were also extremely nice and helpful.

The cleaners would start vacuuming other rooms in the hall starting from 7am or 8am all the way until noon. There is very little sound insulation on the doors so for light sleepers, you can hear every movement outside. So this was frustrating for me because I planned to sleep in after a long flight. The cleaner would be playing videos on her phone on speaker instead of using headphones and I thought it was very inconsiderate. I stayed two nights and it only happened once on the 9th floor. But the experience would have been much nicer if the cleaner was more considerate of noise at such early mornings.

We really like the fact that the hotel was within a block to the Dragon Gate entrance to Chinatown. It was also very close to the three restaurants that we ate at while we stayed there. It was also only about a 10-minute walk to the Montgomery Street BART Station which is really nice. The room was very neat and clean and overall pretty comfortable.

The room was really cold inside and we had to actually get a small portable heater from the front desk to help warm up the room. Because it was next to the alley it was a little noisy when the trash and recycle companies came by to pick up.

The location is great, staff members were super helpful and courteous, and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money!

Didn't like the lighting in the Double room - it's mostly harsh overhead lights. Would have liked to have more floor or table lamps for warm soft light at night. The shower products were just okay, I wish the hotel used milder products in refillable containers instead. Rooms near the elevator are noisy, making it near impossible to get a good sleep. Fortunately, the front desk agent was able to arrange an alternative room away from the elevator.

Great located; close to shopping facilities and cable car stations. Nice newly renovated rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our first room was next to the elevator which was making crazy noises - definitely needs to be „oiled“ or something like that. But the staff was nice and gave us an other room. In both rooms the TV remote was either not working at all or only very rarely. Furthermore, there is no daily room cleaning, only on request. I mean it is absolutely fine to not exchange the towels or linen everyday but a quick emptying of the bin for instance should be not the problem… However, when I asked for making up the room they did it immediately :)

The beds were so comfy. I slept like a baby, which is hard for me to do when I'm sleeping outside of home. The room and the beds were very clean. Parking was at the White House parking, which was $42 bucks for 24 hours. Easy check in and out. It's right next to Chinatown. There's a lot of places near by.

There is no on site parking which was a bummer. I wasn't expecting to pay $42. In the end, I guess it was worth it. It's a lot safer to park in the lot rather than the street. Bath drain was clogged, so the water was pooling while we showered. The shower head mount was broken.

Great location, just a short walk to Union Square/ China Town and well connected to public transport links. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptional. Really friendly and helpful receptionists that were responsive to all of my questions or requests.

Minor things like the lift could be serviced (was very slow but that's expected from an old building) and I found the rooms pretty cold at night and my heating wasn't working (but the receptionist did offer a portable heater instead though).

The hotel is located on a good street and is not a large size building like big brand hotels. It's safe and in quiet area from where I could easily walk to restaurants and cafes. I requested a top floor room to work in during day hours and because of my 6-day stay. I had a great room and the hotel itself is relatively quiet.

My room didn't have an iron for ironing my pants and shirts although it has an ironing board and holder for the iron itself. The elevator is slow during the morning hours when guests are trying to leave the hotel. The cleaning crew uses the same elevator and don't necessarily prioritize guests over them going from floor to floor with their trolleys. I think this should be reviewed as I was waiting some mornings for a good 5 minutes for the elevator to come to my floor.

The location is fantastic, super close to Chinatown but also to the Convention Center, Market Street, and the water. The rooms were *very* recently renovated. (We suspected we were the first ever to use our room.) You can open the windows if you want! Beds were comfortable and bathroom was brand new.

The hotel does not do daily housekeeping, which was fine with us; but they do not even stop by to check that the room is stocked with coffee or toiletries. We had to request them from the house manager. We had a little bit of trouble with the brand new shower head and we could not get hot water (the issue was resolved thanks to the kind intervention of the house manager).

The location is right next to Chinatown. It's in a great area where you can walk to things easily. The rack for Bay Wheels is in front and there is a Starbucks just up the way. The rooms are clean and pretty quiet. You do have to ask for more linen due to eco friendly policy of saving water. The staff is super friendly. San Francisco is noisy at night, just a heads up.

The room is small. But San Francisco is built smaller as it's older. The bathroom had a weird layout. But if you are out exploring you only need a good place to sleep. Bed was decent , pillows a little too fluffy and strange.
