Loved the staff. They are very understanding and respectful. I have a lot of respect for them and I love how professionally they treat their guests. Nice, clean rooms, very polite staff, alright location, not too loud (thank God) 😅 ... My only 2 complaints are that I wish they'd have a few rooms that had bathrooms in them and maybe put mini hotel refrigerators and microwaves into the rooms.... Everything other than that was awesome! 👍☺️😁🌈
Like I said just didn't like the fact that none of the rooms had bathrooms or mini refrigerators or microwaves....a smart TV would be the cherry on the top of everything!

I loved the host (I think it was his mother, actually). She let me in even though I got there very early. I was all wet and freezing so she quickly cleaned a room and let me check in early.
The noise. The other guests were very noisy.

The staff was very friendly. My plane landed at 11pm and and the staff didn’t sleep until I arrived the facility at about midnight.

The room itself was very comfortable, if perhaps a bit small. *The staff* was really nice to me (which seemed just nice at the time). Looking back now, after all my other interactions with South Asian hoteliers in "The City" since then: I realize just how much a commodity that kindness might have been. Even with my extensive travels in India and my ease of interaction with the culture in their native part of the world, I've found others here (in the same profession) to be downright hateful and mean. Thankfully the situation at The Inn on Folsom was far from that! Really very good service overall and warm and accepting energy to boot! You just can't beat that; no, not even with a stick!
As a gay man, visiting a gay area, for a gay festival; I was most surprised to find that the bathroom situation was almost violent in its anti-bottom friendly orientation and disposition... rain showers Sound like a luxury... until you realize you're now being asked to bolt- in your shower shot from a 9 foot ceiling; IF you can reach it that is. I unfortunately... could not reach it and that complicated all other facets of my stay here Exponentially!
