The room and bathroom was clean. Hot water was hot, a/c and fridge worked. Breakfast is decent for a motel.

They charge for parking when a lot of other motels don't.

Didn’t eat breakfast cuz I wasn’t informed at the time when I registered that I have to have a voucher to be able to eat breakfast. The person at that time was not very informative or helpful like need to trained on public relations other than that the room was clean and other things were in running condition. Thank you very much.

Wish that the room numbers were numbered in a normal format instead of all odd numbers were on one side then the even numbers were on the other side. Also it would have been nice if they have rooms for people with disabilities near the elevators and parking for disabled patrons as well.

Staff is like family vibe and very courteous. I didn't have many requests but they didn't lie to me or if I asked a question about the property act like they have no idea. They seemed helpful and obviously cannot control heaven but I felt it was the best stay at a hotel i have had for some time. Thank you.

Cannot get good ventilation and privacy at the same time. In order to get a breeze or any fresh air basically I would have to expose myself to others who could possible be offended or something l.

I enjoyed the staff. Super helpful while I was there. The handled several questions that I have for them. Friendly every time I interacted with them.

I did find some poo under the toilet seat of my room. Very humid in the room. I had to have the window open to be able to vent the room. The coffee offered in the room isn’t very good and you only have one packet of sugar, sweetener and creamer available In the room. I was also disappointed in the laundry amenities. Most of the units were out of order and very dusty. My clothes when I was finished weren’t completely dry. I had to finish hanging them in my humid room to dry them.

Always like the cleanness of my room. But they are getting back to where their was no incomplete job done. Also, People just destroy others property, because when I went to use the phone the handhold device was cut. Really, what went wrong there? Told front desk about the problem when I went to breakfast. Other then that the stay was nice, and the price is right.

Very clean place to stay. Room are big enough for two for single bed Queen beds. A Little closeness (funny me). Staff was very kind and check - in was fast. If you know or learn to get around on the bus routes is not that Bad.

Very clean. On site laundry for guests nice hot water and good water pressure. Security on site.

Room was quite small my Air Conditioner only made my room warmer not cold. I always check the smoke detector and as usual at least 88% of the time the batteries have been removed. But that's in all hotels. And last thing . The morning staff at check out not all that pleasant.

Room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was good with boiled eggs, waffle maker with a strawberry batter option. Parking lot was manageable to maneuver around. Ice machine working to keep cool.

Would like to see a water dispenser.

Cleanliness: Spots on the bathroom wall and floor, the bedside lamp was covered in a sticky residue. No soap for the bathroom sink, only in a dispenser in the shower with a shampoo dispenser.

One of my favorite places to stay, but had to cancel booking but making reservations Tonight for two night. . Like it much. Location is close to Fashion Valley Mall. You can Walk if you like. Signora G Jones
