Location was perfect for me. Bed very comfy. Air conditioning was functioning and extremely appreciated during heat wave. Friendly staff! Bathroom fan was functioning which seems a rarity in hotels these days.
I'm not certain I believe "enhanced cleaning measures" are in place - there were coffee/drink rings on the night stand, some other schmutz on the TV stand/dresser, and black stains on the vanity, all of which I cleaned off myself. The ice machine was broken for the duration of my stay (4 nights) and there was no mini-fridge in the room, so that was disappointing.

Towels were ridiculously small. No room cleaning just clean towels which were tiny and bare thread. Room wasn't spotless , lot of hairs and dust around. Dead cockroach outside our door. Husband must have stood on it as we left the room

I really enjoyed my stay at LA Mirage Inn, Hollywood. You could tell that it had been recently renovated and it felt like a new hotel, in many ways. It was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and despite being near a freeway and on a semi-busy road, it was very quiet! The immediate surrounds (outside) also felt safe, and I felt very safe once inside the hotel. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. It was also great value for money. There is a gas station / convenience store across the road too, which was great to grab snacks and drinks. I would definitely go back.
If I was being picky, there was no elevator to the 2nd floor and I had to carry my 32kg (70lb) suitcases up the stairs, lol. Also, there was no fridge or even a kettle in the room. None of this really bothered me, but it's not ideal.

Nice room but no refrigerator. Other similar rooms had microwave and fridge. Cool pictures of Marilyn Monroe and a young Audrey Hepburn in the room. The sign in Hollywood Hills is visible from the dead-end street adjacent to the property. Very close to Hollywood Bowl and the main attractions. No swimming pool.
Had to wait until 3pm to check in. Room was not clean ahead of time and I had reservations for the night prior, so a room should have been open. Rescheduled, moving my stay back one night. No fee was incurred here, but could not check in early.

La Mirage staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was EXTREMELY close and convenient for walking to popular tourist spots around Hollywood. Parking was convenient, there was lots of it and inexpensive compared to other similar options. The rooms were modern and stylish.
I’m nit-picking here because this is very minor but the bed frames vibrate and shake and make are noisy, we had 4 rooms as we were travelling in a large group and everyone noticed.

Comfortable beds, clean room. Compared to another hotels/motels in similar price - really good quality… however remember it’s US style ;) Good for one night - good location (walking distance to the Walk of Fame). Complimentary coffee, tea and sodas.

Great location for Hollywood, close to the things we wanted to do. Felt safe compared to the other parts of LA that we visited and the staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable
Location of air conditioning unit was directly under the curtains so when it turned on it blew the curtains open. TV refused to go lower than 15 on the volume scale

Clean facility both outside and inside. Great location to attraction and eateries. Available hot tea and cold drinks in lobby 24/7. Good soundproofing.
Outdated dresser/side tables needs replacing to match overall modern decor. Bathroom tile needs updating. Desk chair stained and needs new upholstery. Could use desk lamp with USB port not included in room.

location, location, location , price was reasonable as well , so a base it was perfect.
we had a issue with bedding being changed , but was quickly resolved , no lift , so we had to carry suitcases up to next floor , we tried to get first floor but no vacancies. otherwise no other issues.

there was no breakfast included and the service was ok but you have to tell them that you want room service or else they won't do the bed also the coffee was put up late don't know what time cause of the 4 days that we stayed only once did they have coffee available.
