Everything was outstanding, possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff were very helpful and nice, and overall we felt very well respected and valued! The hotel has amazing bars and restaurants at the top floors with breathtaking views! The room service went above and beyond with a lot of cute touches in sorting out our room everyday!

The only confusing thing about the hotel was the lobby and the elevators, but not a big deal at all, just different! The lobby is at the 70th floor, not the first! And there are two sets of elevators, one set covers levels 1 to 31, and the lobby, and the second goes to levels 32 to 70! So if you're at level 35 and want to get out of the hotel you will need to go to level 31 and switch the elevator!

The views were my favorite part of the stay. The best views I've ever seen. Also the rooms and halls were very clean and the staff's appearance was extremely professional. The outdoor mall is about a two minute walk away.

One of the valet members seemed impatient upon arrival. I wish there was a fridge and microwave in my unit. Wish my room was a bit bigger.

The hotel is centrally located around shops and restaurants. The hotel has great views and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazing. The hotel was clean and neat, and the staff were professional and very helpful. When I go back to L.A I am defenitely staying at the InterContinental.

Room that our family used and gym was great. I wish I had came when there was no rain but it was still great experience.

One of front desk girl that checked me and other couple in was so rude. I think they need ethics training. They were saying "what?what? What are they saying?" To the costumers. Rude and disappointed. I told manger in the morning but I had to told the name unfortunately I don't know there name because they were keep arguing with me saying "pay 100 doller" I am like why? "Just pay. Right here." No explanation. Horrible.

The service was really good. The staff are awesome. And the rooms and overall place was very clean.

There should be an easier way to inform guests of how to use the elevators. There is a placard in the keycard booklet that is given to you, but its easily missed. And you only get it after youve somehow found your way to the 70th floor. The food was not nearly as high quality as I'd like. Especially with the price paid. Although I did enjoy the buffet. And my filet mignon at spire73 was great. Otherwise, for the price points that is merely to get money out of the consumer, I would have expected much better quality. Still, I'd come again.

The room was perfect. Bathroom was beautiful (except the sink was clogged, had to brush my teeth over the jacuzzi) the view from the bathroom was outstanding. What a beautiful sight. I could see the Hollywood sign from afar in the daytime. Location was perfect. Highlight was the valet gentleman, there were 2 African American workers who were extremely professional - I didn’t get their names unfortunately. These men went above and beyond every single time my partner and I showed up. I was in crutches and a boot and these valet men made me feel important and noticed. Thank you!

Fabulous hotel with spectacular views over LA. Very friendly staff and smart modern rooms. The slightly odd system that requires you to go to floor 70 for Reception each time before travelling down to your room floor means that you get the see the amazing view every time. Large rooms very nicely decorated. You get used the the lift system and its a small price to pay for such as classy hotel!

The pool - they have a terrible system where you have to pay to reserve the nice loungers in the sun. This means that on my first day we couldn't get anywhere to sit as a family together despite there being two whole sections of loungers and cabanas empty in the sun while everyone crowded into the small shady area we were allowed to sit in. It makes the whole experience cheap unlike any other hotel we have ever stayed at and meant we avoided using the pool. When paying that much for a nice hotel room you feel using the pool should be included but it just felt like an area they were trying to save for VIPs (though clearly none came as the nice areas all remained empty!) It let the hotel down.
