the deposit fee, on Booking was nothing mentioned, I looked especially for this, had to travel a lot this days and those money blocked were an inconvenient for me, didn’t get them back not even now, nearly 5 workin days (I know it depends on my bank) but good to know..

Perfect location if you have plans at either the Microsoft Theater or the Crypto Center (old Staples Center). Stayed here because I was seeing Metallica's Helping Hands at the Microsoft Theater and didn't want to worry about parking. This hotel was right across the street and was very easily walkable. There were tons of food options available, both at the hotel and across the street. There is a valet for parking, which was more reasonably priced than the day rate parking nearby. Everyone I interacted with was nice, and friendly. Could not have asked for an easier, and smoother stay.

Location! It was the perfect place for the weekend getaway from home. We were so close to everything in Downtown LA. A walk or a quick Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride (your preference). We also paid for the valet, & you have in and out privileges which is great as well. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was great, my bf didn’t wake up with his back hurting. The view we had was great to. We had the view of LA Live. And the staff was amazing! From the front desk, to valet, to housekeeping. Thank you!
Their lounge was not serving food just drinks. But I also understand that with COVID-19 protocols places are still barely working on getting back to “normal.

The location is good. Many restaurants nearby. It's walkable around the hotel. The staff provided water bottles which were great. There is a coffee machine in the room, so it's good to have coffee in the morning. We can control the temperature in the room by setting the monitor on the wall because It was kind of cold outside. It was nice feeling the warmth inside.
The room keys get deactivated easily by putting them with the phone in the purse which it's not convenient. Our keycards weren't working to take the elevator so we had to go to the counter to re-activate the keycards. It was my first time having this problem after staying at many different hotels before.

The hotel is perfectly located in LA downtown in a very safe area, with a lot of shops and restaurants in a really close walking distance, buses that will take you to touristic spots and just in front of Crypto Arena if you are going to some match or event! The staff was really kind, polite and helpful all the time and the room was extremely comfy and clean. I will absolutely come back in the future without hesitation!!!!
Everything was absolutely perfect. If I have to add something I would suggest to provide some vending machines or microwaves for the guest to use, but I have absolutely no complains.

Excellent location, great amenities and decor. Rooms were big and convenient close as the hotel was close to multiple metro and bus lines. Close to restaurants and shopping. Not too far from Sunset Blvd or Beverly Hills. I took ride shares and they reasonably priced. I had breakfast here. It was good and reasonably priced. Can store luggage if you are here early and the room is secure and monitored. Cute lobby with great decor and free fruit-infused water.
Some of the other patrons at the hotel on my floor were loud. Can hear the music and noise across the street. That was the only downside. Words of caution: you can't check-in before 3pm PST. The lobby was always full waiting for people to check-in. I can't complain about it since the hotel site stated that check-in is at 3pm.
