Location

How many times housekeeping bothered us and the front office kept calling us. We told the staff we would check out by 12 pm since we came in at 2:30 am he said it was fine. However the girl that was there in the morning was rude. We received several knocks on our door since 10 am and two phone calls asking what time we would check out. We checked out at 12 pm when we told the representative at the front desk she had an attitude and said we were supposed to request to stay until 12 pm and I told her we did we got in at 2:30 am and I formed the guy that helped us check in. He was nice but I guess forgot to write it down. Broadway being bothered it was ok.

Clean, comfortable and accommodating. Needed a place to rest my head for the night. Got a free upgrade to the inner tower rooms through Booking.com. Parking lots and spaces where nice not a tight squeeze kind of place. Very pleased with my stay.

The GPS brought me in through a side parking lot. So to find the actual entrance/main lobby, was a bit of a maze. No clear sign or signs of where the main lobby was located. But once found was able to locate my room/building because of the prior tour of the parking lots.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, it's my "Go to" when traveling solo to the Concord area. This is really two hotels, the older highway-facing exterior corridor section and the newer "Tower" rooms. Older section is less desirable- more noise, more evident wear, etc. but doable in a pinch. Tower rooms fetch a few more $$, worth it for the interior corridors, less noise and newer fixtures. Property is well maintained, rooms are clean and everything works, climate control system is efficient and pretty quiet, rooms are well equipped. Parking is free. This is a good, solid older property and a MUCH better value than most- comparably priced places in the area are clearly less desirable, and comparable to cosmetically "better" hotels nearby are much more expensive. I've had good experiences with the staff here, front desk staff for this stay was exceptionally good.

This is a very decent hotel, but the older property, some minor evident wear, etc. keep this from being a "Romantic" place-this holds the price down but does not compromise comfort.

the staff in general were very accommodating and the beds were extremely cosy! having a lovey shopping complex only a few minutes walk away was very handy. a big shout out to Antonia at reception who was especially friendly to us and made sure to help wherever she could. also the man who checked me in was extremely welcoming (I’m so so sorry I forget his name) and staff always saluting me and making me smile when I came in and left the building. I feel like the staff also have great patience as some guests were not so polite at times and they always did their best to help them.

I would maybe suggest bigger bed pillows and improve the card key system however I think they were fixing the issues they had all over the hotel on the 9th of august 2022 maybe sell some detergent for the washing machines at reception. I think it could be very useful for people staying more than a day or two.

It was not my first stay and will not be my last. Location is great, close to "the veranda" where kids can play, shop and have a nice wine. Staff as always - very friendly and helpful.

The only disaster (!) this time was my wifi. But it was only on our floor, it worked on all the other floors. However, I did not get access to the internet. It was not like this during the other stays.

Service was very friendly. The super helped me a lot with the laundry room and he did it with the best attitude. Breakfast was okay. The rooms are ample and spotless.

I made the reservation through Booking and the front desk almost could not find the reservation it was kinda frustrating. We first stayed at the old building and they assigned us a room close to the elevators, well the elevators were not the issue, but the generator close to the rooms located in this old building because we could hear the noise non stop. The front desk said no other rooms were available but the manager was super helpful and gave us another room that had zero noise. Both rooms where great and clean, it was just the constant buzzing noise on the first one.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room had a microwave and Frig. Also a coffee maker. We had the larger king room. The staff was nice and helpful

The light behind the sitting chair and also one of the night stand lights was missing. They were able to find me a light to put behind the sitting chair that you had to unplug to turn off. I was told all the lamps were going to be replaced however they were on back order. In the bathroom on the bathtub wall is a big window. It was covered by a curtain but it was kind of weird having a window there. Due to Covid their restaurant/bar and the pool was closed

No restrooms for guests in the lobby. Had to sit in rush hour traffic, plus member of our group had to wait until we had been briefed about daily information, the keycards in hand, and then find our rooms. Controlled bathroom(s) would have been better than waiting an additional 20 minutes and then getting to any of the rooms in hopes of not going in our clothes.

We arrived on 06/07 at about 11PM , having fought through rental car hassles ( we had to Uber) & credit card issues tied to the botched rental car. We were exhausted & wanted nothing more than to collapse. We expected further CC issues & so didn’t want to deal with it. Mariah punched through the CC issue, like a hot knife through butter. She knows & appreciates the value of top drawer customer service. The same can be said for her manager, because he’s the one who keeps her happy. You take care of those who take care of you . They both get that. This was our first stay at a Clarion. We’ll be back. Question: Why isn’t Mariah training newbies, at least on a regional basis? Just a thought. Best! Fred J Moore

The staff were great ! Mostly Antonietta was was very pleasing and gave me a wonderful greeting when i checked in and out. I would literally gave this place a 9/10 just because the breakfast accommodation/complementary wasnt i expected to be but overall it was a great stay here ! Comfy and quiet place :)
