Friendly and attentive staff, fantastic high quality breakfasts, and evening meal too. Great location and health spa.

A hotel that caters for smokers. A non-smoking room is fine, but smoke came in from the balcony. Outside comfy seating has ashtrays and there was no alternative outdoor comfy seating without ashtrays. Health spa allows smokers out on the relaxation deck. Just bizarre! Absence of USB charging points in the rooms.

The resort is located at the ThunerLake, which is a very scenic and pretty region. We were accomodated at the annex building, what we liked a lot. Breakfast was served in the main part, what we enjoyed a lot. Staff was very friendly and helfpul, nothing to complain about. We recommend a dinner at the Thai restaurant, authentic and delicious.

There is no underground way to the spa building, what has not been a challenge for us. But for other guests it could be a hassle, especially in the winter time.

The only disappointment is that the hotel does not offer any massages for pregnant women. During our short stay, I saw at least 5, perhaps the hotel should cosnider hiring a licensed therapist for expecting women.

Clean, modern fittings, beautiful design, large size room, stunning views all around, very nice staff, spa and gym fir free, free water, fabulous breakfast, strong WiFi, refrigerator and safe box, and very meticulous attention to details.

Charging extra for parking. It should be free.

I reserved a suit. The room size is big, super clean, furniture were comfortable, modern decor, free cold water and fresh fruits in the hallway of each floor, I love the quality of products: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel,oil, body scrub. the view from the room is spectacular 😍

the hotel itself is very nice clean with great location for those who want a quiet place.

they were not understanding. i booked there for 7 nights straight and had to leave a night earlier, i requested a refund but they refused even though i informed them two days ahead.

Location on the lake and 20min away from Interlaken, quiet, clean, staff is great, the room is big, the spa is awesome and you cannot miss it, the massage service was above expectation but you need to book early

The room was nice, big clean and quiet. Spa was peaceful, and very good that there was also spa with clothes, breakfast was very good and great that the hotel has the big terrace locating to lake direction.

Great, friendly staff. From check in, cleaning, to restaurant and spa. Only a few meters to the lake, which is beautiful in itself. Breakfast was great. Excellent location. Only a few minutes with the bus into town. Or the surrounding area. The hotel issues you with a bus ticket valid for the duration of your stay which includes discounts to many attractions. Great place!
