Check in was quick, breakfast very good and staff very polite and attentive.

We were on a stopover so very disappointed to find out that the bar and restaurant were not open on the Sunday we stayed which meant we had to have our evening meal away from the hotel. Not really what you want when having started driving at 06:00 and arriving at 19:30 to have to get back in the car to go to another location to eat! Also we booked at a rate of 150CHF plus parking was an additional 12CHF and then the tax of 2.80 CHF each should have come to 167.60 CHF but we were charged 196 CHF which is the rate for booking that day and presumably is calculated for a hotel that has a bar and a restaurant! - couldn’t be bothered to argue though. Just watch out in future that booking with booking.com doesn’t guarantee the rate unless you pay upfront.

Good selection of breakfast, friendly staff, sauna was nice and hot. Fridge in the room was helpful.

We were told the first evening that there was no children's menu but saw the next night that there was one. We weren't given a parking ticket upon arrival by reception which was required to come in and out of the car park during the stay. There was a dog barking in a nearby room during the night.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and free public transport tickets (Lausanne area only). We had the buffet breakfast on the last day and that was exceptionally good!

Quite a small room for four people. The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable to sleep on. Parking wasn't free, and the pool was closed for the first few days of our stay.

Excellent hotel. Nice, clean and bright rooms. Excellent and responsive staff. I especially want to thank the receptionist Walid, who was very helpful in solving a problem for me that was not related to the hotel. He still helped. Many thanks and respect to him. The hotel room was nice, clean, & had AC. We also appreciated the access to green space, playground, & natural pool for our children. The customer service was polite & very responsive.

We had a great stay. Don't really have any dislikes but wished breakfast buffet wasn't so expensive.

The room looked great, and well finished, the only downside is the bed. This quality of the matras is slightly hard.

Clean and modern. There is a green space for kids to run around and play. We got a free parking spot, which was a nice gesture.

No coffee maker in a room. Bed are worn out with dents and rather uncomfortable. But we would come back.

I’ve been coming here for the last 8 years and I’ll keep coming for at least another 8. Using the lockdown to upgrade the rooms was a great move because not having USB charging bedside felt outdated. As always the staff is great, the food is excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean with very comfy beds.

The parking used to be free. But I guess the renovations need to be payed.

Friendly stuff, good possibility to charge your EV. There is a llittle outdoor pool for hot days. A, little playground infront of the restaurant is very helpfull, if you travel with kids, so they can play and you can enjoy your meal

Bed matress is too soft.

A modern hotel will all possible extras like an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room (which were working even in the morning), gym. Location is also great for travelers or even business trips, for those who are visiting Lausanne. There was also a great dinner and very good breakfast (buffet).
