Silvretta Parkhotel

The hotel is in a nice location, with easy access to the Gotschna skilift and close to main village street. The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed . The restaurant was great - both breakfast and buffet dinner had varied choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and spa are very nice too!

The room view was very restricted - onto a pile of snow which was a little claustrophobic. The restricted view was not indicated at the time of booking. Also, the towels were very thin and not good quality. There were very few toiletries available compared to other 4-star hotels. The bathroom was a bit outdated with an old bathtub and old shower head. Our room was directly above the bowling room, so we heard the noise of rolling balls and pins falling late into the night.

Amazing destination for summer and winter holidays! I think Silvretta Parkhotel is much more popular in winter, therefore they reduced the price considerably to attract the customers in summer. It has a great location close to Klosters Platz, supermarket, public pool, playground for kids. Breakfast and dinner are super nice! Dinner portions are big and tasty. Personnel is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with a nice view and comfy beds. The hotel is highly recommended for family with kids. It has sauna, indoor playground on 2nd floor, outdoor playground 5 min away.

It would have been nice, if the receptionists would have known more about hiking options around Klosters and Davos. One of the receptionists mistakenly said that Pischabahn is open in summer, which is not true and it is good that I checked it myself. Soundproofing can be improved. We could hear our neighbors watching TV or some sort of a concert from another hotel close by.

First and foremost the friendliness of the staff. incredible how much a personal touch can do to make your stay better. Other than that, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and the hotel facilities all perfect. We loved breakfast! And don’t miss fondue in the Stubli!!

The only thing I did not like was that the king bed in my room were two separate beds which were never properly connected. so had to miss my wife for a week

Excellent position: 5 mins from train station and cable car, there is very nice walk path along the river, which starts in front of the hotel, we walked there with a stroller with our 10 months old baby. The hotel has all the facilities for a comfortable stay with a baby: baby bed, boiler, high chair in the restaurants, guest bathroom with a changing table (for the last day of stay). The personnel is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent: lot of salty and sweet options. In the hotel there are 2 pools: big one with colder water and smaller whirlpool with hot water, kids can use both

We stayed in two interconnected rooms as we are a family with two smaller kids for over a week during Xmas holidays: The rooms were big enough for moving around with kids, it was safe when they moved around, too, on their own. Nothing in the rooms really we'd miss. There is an indoor playground in the hotel which was great - a lot of toys and plays for babies and kids.; ours really enjoyed playing there. The breakfast was very good - offered a wider choice of fruit, cornflakes, yoghurt, cheese, fresh bread/baguette, croissant, cakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, salami, sausages.. As I need to eat gluten free, there were enough options for me to choose from. I also got gluten free baguette/bread which was nice.

The water in the indoor pool was quite cold; hard to enjoy the time in, with kids. We were just once because of that. There was also a small whirl pool which was warm. The meals in Stubli restaurant took quite long to get after ordering, ca. 30min, which can be quite challenging with small kids sometimes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvretta. We had a problem with the wifi and the staff took it seriously and send an engineer to check this out within 30mns. The wifi was back and powerful. They also offered to move us to another room if the wifi was not back. The breakfast was very nice and well organised and the staff were really lovely.

Food in the restaurant downstairs was not as it used to be.

Staff were friendly, beds comfortable, food great, and pool and spa very nice.

Phones did not work, TVs are old and not wifi enabled, bathrooms need to be redone (bathtubs specifically), put our two rooms far apart (could have but didn't put my and my kids' room as connecting rooms), key cards for rooms are fragile....

The rooms have beautiful views, the wool furniture coverings are nice, and the breakfast each morning is wonderful. Perfect location in the center of Klosters. There is an EV charger in the garage, easy to use.

There is no hotel staff in the late evening, it would be great to have someone on staff for emergencies.

Location, Layout, Many things to do, choice of restaurants. Rooms comfortable. Owner/Manager even dropped us off at the train station in his own car to assist with luggage, Service was Top Notch.

Everything was really, really great! From start to end, with the super check-in, The room, super comfy and perfect for us, the superb customer service, the location, the garage (for SUVs) with good space… We would definitively come back to Silvretta Hotel! We are big fans of Klosters Dorf and Silvretta is so close to the Gondola to go out for skiing or Cross-Country! After our stay during this time, we have our favorite place to come back anytime!
