Good rooms with table, swimming pool, staff, close to Gotschna Bahn

The breakfast was not what I would expect of a pricy hotel like this. It was not fresh (especially fruits) and only small selection of food. Dinner was ok, but not very tasty. The price is too high for the hotel quality.

Good sized room with nice decor. Lovely pool and spa area. Good Finnish sauna. Breakfast was small but tasty, had all you need. Good options for parking, either in the hotels garage (CHF 20) or a special parking permit from the hotel (CHF 10), which you can use for all public parking in Klosters. Public bus stops right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient for going around without a car.

The sofa bed for the kids was a bit uncomfortable. The shower head in the room was not the best.

We had a room upgrade for free which was very pleasant, as the room we ended up in was very spacious. Over all the room has a nice and warm atmosphere and you immediately feel "at home". The spa area is also nice and we enjoyed it a lot. Overall the staff in the Hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The pool area unfortunately is quite noisy as there were a lot of families with children so you better find a quite space in the separate spa area if you want to wind down and relax :) With the level of Hotel and the price range we would have expected higher quality in the food in the Restaurant as well as for the Breakfast choices (e.g. more regular refill of empty things etc.)

Absolutely superb modern and chic apartment - the website pictures did not do it justice and we were blown away by the size and special touches - books, lamps, scatter cushions, storm lamps. Real fire was a nice luxury too. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Helpful, friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant in the evening. Special accolades go to the mini bus driver who picked us up with much luggage from the train station and helped us on the platform on the way back. Hotel is in a central position with easy access to the cable car. Great breakfast buffet choice and extras menu options. Excellent wifi. Ski boot room.

Evening restaurant menu and food was disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast serving staff taking extra menu option orders were sullen and unfriendly and really let the side down.

I'd say this was the best room we had in this 2-week trip to Europe early September. Large room with a nice dining table and sitting area, extra sofa, large bed, large bathroom, everything just so nice and clean. Great location in the middle of this small town. Our deck had views of the Alps and the river below, and we could see the train going through the bridge at the distance. Really love this place. Highly recommended. Wifi was slow but the clerk fixed the problem for us. We stayed there for the Alpabzug in Monbiel, so we took the bus up there in the morning. Convenient again.

We liked the nice and cosy room. We like the attention they had for children: for the cot, for changing and bathing. In the restaurant, the personnel was always very attentive to our baby's needs. There was also a dedicated playroom for children with lots of toys. The restaurants had a very good menu, offering local specialities. The pool/sauna area was big enough, warm, clean and modern. Klosters was a nice peaceful destination, perfect for a family.

The room was missing a bit of lighting.

Rooms are comfortable, staff are friendly, breakfast is good, the indoor pool & spa area is stylish. The hotel is next to a small river & there's a nice walk along both sides of the river for some kilometres through the countryside. There's also a large children's playground, a park & sports, tennis, open-air swimming facilities nearby. Klosters generally is a pleasant, quiet village with mountains, forests & meadows all around.

It is all about the reception! - Reception personnel provided an extraordinary, very professional and competent service - Reception personnel was amazingly kind and always smiling - Reception personnel stay as you are =)

- Breakfast self-service definitely not at the level of the hotel (choice is extremely limited, especially for vegan people) - Animals (i.e. dogs) in rooms can be very disturbing as walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear what is happening in another room next to yours - The same goes for impolite guests - Rooms facing the road can be very noisy (we had to change the room due to the noise)

The room was very nice, interior design very tasteful, nice blend of wood and stone! We got a free upgrade to a studio = more space (dining corner with table, living corner with sofa), which is great! Unfortunately we had two single beds = NOT great at all! Location in town is great, not far from the train station and right next to a creek

The Sauna area only has indoors relax area. The outdoor relax area is unusable: stench from car exhausts since it’s above the car parking lot

Room and bathroom were large, clean, and nicely done (incl. lots of closets to store our ski clothing). Very friendly and professional staff. The new gastronomy in their restaurant- so had excellent dinners! :>) And can't forget the amazing bread and pastries at breakfast - haven't had such excellent bakery products in years!! We decided to give the hotel a 2nd chance when we saw they had changed their cuisine from our stay last year, and were so happy we did! Can't find one fault; everything was excellent!
