Hotel Steinbock

We had a delightful stay! The food was excellent with wonderful breakfasts and dinner. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. It had a lovely family run feel. We would certainly recommend and looking forward to staying here again!

Amazing staff. Thank you Diana, Anna and all the great team in Klosters Steinbock Hotel. The room was outstanding with a great view. Very beautiful experience and amazing interactions with friendly people. They helped me alot in getting oriented around the town and train times. Diana was so amazing and help me in informing me about how to get to Davos Platz and the World Economic Forum 2022.

I will only recommend to expand the time for break fast to start from 6am due to the beautiful weather during these Summer days. Normally, breakfast starts from 7.30am, and if possible to start it earlier.

The staff were amazing, all so helpful and charming. The breakfast's were great, everything you need and well presented.

I suggest that they get a deal with the intersport ski hire next to the Parsenn lift and advise guests that they have lockers at a very reasonable price. This would make life much easier for anyone skiing.

The hotel was really nice and comfortable. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good breakfast with a good set of options. The hotel is located at the center of Klosters close to the ski lift and all the shops/restaurants. We had a really nice chinoise fondue at the restaurant. Highly recommended.

no bar, lights are all low energy dim, breakfast could be better.

Some of the staff members where very friendly. The room was very big, although too warm and noisy.

The hotel is at the main road so it’s very noisy and difficult to sleep or enjoy the balcony. Maybe rooms on the other side were better. They don’t give enough information at the reception on anything and they are not very flexible. No tea/coffee in the room. Spa with appointment-which is good given Covid times but for 50 minutes which is too long hence difficult to accommodate all guests. We were not told clearly that we need to make an appointment at check in and how it works. A bit frustrating.

Found this hotel at very short notice on booking.com for 85 Euros per room per night - amazingly cheap for peak season in fashionable Klosters, so we were expecting something very basic. We were amazed to find a lovely hotel, with friendly staff, spacious, well-appointed rooms and spotlessly clean rooms with gorgeous views and great quality food.

Nothing to find fault with whatsoever.

The restaurant is exceptional, all the staff were the friendliest I have ever experienced. I was travelling alone and was made to feel very welcome.

It would be helpful to have a kettle or teas maid in the bedroom as it is nice to have a warm drink when it is cold outside.

Location of the hotel is super! Very short walk to gondola, very close to the trainstation and town with bakeries, sport stores etc. Food was outstanding, portions are big and of high quality (breakfast and dinner). Rooms have nice sizes, are bright and super clean and they are dog friendly. Staff is very lovely - we had a perfect stay.

Ask for a room not facing the main road - that could be loud, especially if you want to sleep with an open window. Bathrooms need a makeover, tiles in dark brown are outdated but for us it was not a dealbreaker.
