Pullman Basel Europe

We stayed here for 3 nights and then came back and stayed a fourth night after travelling around. It was definitely the best value we had in Swiss hotels. We had a big spacious room with a big spacious bed and a fridge which was needed in 27 degrees heat. A plug board for charging all our equipment was also a great bonus. Location was ideal for us. The tram from the SBB station stops 2 mins away and the tram to the old town stops outside. Public transport is all free with a Basel card from the hotel. We didn't eat in the hotel but were checked in by Leone and Alexander who were both very efficient and friendly. We will definitely use this hotel again the next time we are in Basel.

Nothing comes to mind but don't forget your city tax 4 CHF per person per night.

Very clean room with comfort bed. The wifi connection was very good and covered all hotel area. Perfect location, close to walk to bar, restaurant, to city centre and absolutely few steps from the convention centre. Friendly staff, check out at 12 is perfect time - without stress with enought time. If I will travel to Basel, I will come again.

Some missunderstanding bei checkout with invoice. They don´t issue invoice with my company details with argument, that if I made booking via Booking.com I should ask Booking.com about invoice, but this is not true... Was solve after few week after I contacted Booking.com help desk.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to many tram stops that can take you anywhere in the city you need to go. The use of the tram passes provided by the hotel was very convenient as well as the discounts and tourist info. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shower in the room was great and had nice large towels. It is right next door to a Coop supermarket which was perfect for grabbing water, drinks, snacks, etc.

The room was a little warm and we could not get it any cooler. The street construction when we were visiting was an annoyance, but nothing to do with the hotel itself.

As someone prone to backpain I really appreciated the good bed and the provided variety of pillows, including a memory-foam pillow. The single person room was very spacious with a lange window overviewing the inner yard. Multiple public transportation stops are nearby as well as a wide variety of restaurants and other facilities / shops. The Congress Center / Messe Basel is also in 2-5Min walking distance.

While that's not something the Hotel can change or influence, it's worth mentioning for current travelers: The street is currently torn open due to being repaired, what makes accessing the Hotel a bit difficult, especially with larger luggage.

the room was clean and cozy, I like the presentation of my room and how the electronical curtain was operated. Breakfast was amazingly tasted. The wifi was good and stable, and worth mentioning was, because the location of Basel is almost at the border of France and Switzerland, so I was contantly experiencing the problem with my cellphone internet, but luckily the hotel wifi solved my problem.

nothing seriously disliked, except the location for the hotel is not very close to the city center, but not that far as well.

The Hotel was conveniently located for our needs. There is a grocery store right next to it as well different cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and easily to communicate with. The back garden was also a nice addition as we could relax there after a busy day in the city. There is also a parking garage right under the Hotel, so out makes it easy if you travel by car. The tram stop is right in front of the Hotel, so it is extremely easy to get into Old Town.

We could not regulate the AC in the room, so it was a bit stuffy at night.

Location was perfect with train station a few stops away with tram. Easy access to public transport (tram). Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Had a comfortable room with a comfortable space. My stay was perfect. I will definitely be back next time I visit Basel. Thank you! :)

Only thing for me was that the room was not cold enough for a hot summer weekend. Other than that, nothing else.

Lovely big room with all the facilities needed for leisure or business including a multi board that takes all plugs. The bathroom was big and everything wasspotlessly clean and very comfortable. We didn't use the bar or restaurant as there were busier more atmospheric places in Basel to eat and drink.

Nothing jumps to mind but don't forget the city tax of 4CHF per person per night.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hotel Basel. The hotel was impeccably clean, and my spacious and comfortable room, complete with a nice bathroom and bathtub, made my stay even more enjoyable. The friendly and helpful hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Pullman Hotel Basel for a fantastic stay.

Excellent hotel in the city center. Kleinbasel and Claraplatz is a vibrant part of the city Basel. we were there during the winter when everything is a bit frozen and the activity is low. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is generous and of highest quality. The staff is friendly and attentive. we had dinners there as well and were impressed by the exquisite French style cooking.

Hotels in Switzerland are notoriously overpriced. This is no exception ;-)
