Such a brilliant hotel! All of the staff are helpful and friendly. The facilities are second to none. The swimming pool, rooftop terrace and sofas were fabulous and the added bonus of a waiter or waitress coming to take drinks orders with the press of a button was impressive. We didn’t eat at the hotel but I’m sure it was lovely as everything else was amazing. There is a beautiful smell in the hotel too. The 360 view is fabulous. The view of the cathedral from our room was also brilliant. Bedroom and bathroom were both really luxurious. We had an issue with the door and it wouldn’t lock but that was sorted out without any hassle.

The beds were really hard and the pillows were really soft.

The room ! Quality fittings & furniture. But small, no windows in the bedroom or the bathroom. Dark & depressing. Booked & paid for a king bed but given 2 single beds. Requested a change, but the hotel was full. Suggested singles be made up as a large bed, but not done.

The roof top terrace is fabulous, amazing views across the City and lovely loungers to enjoy the sunshine. Nice area for drinks at sunset. The bedroom furnishings are lovely and in keeping with a modern Sevilla The bathroom facilities are amazing, jacuzzi bath and excellent rain shower Beds and pillows are magical

The housekeeping service falls short. We had booked a room with twin beds but we’re presented with a king bed which took time to be rearranged. The shower gel ran out and we had to request the tea and coffee supplies to be replenished. All was sorted but shouldn’t have to keep asking at this level. Breakfast was super expensive and the hot food was poor. The pastries and fruit were good

The hotel is beautifully presented and extremely well located in the centre of Seville. It is minutes away from Real Alcazar, Seville Cathedral and the bullring, as well as numerous tapas bars and restaurants and couldn’t have been more convenient. Every detail of the guest experience seems to have been considered when designing this hotel which made for a exceptionally pleasant stay: the shower/bathroom was especially wonderful; the separate toilet is a great feature; and the bed was very comfortable ensuring that we rested very well during our week in Seville. The staff all worked hard and were helpful and attentive. However, we found that Fausto was especially friendly, helpful and welcoming which added a nice personal touch to our stay.

The location was absolutely perfect with the cathedral just a few minutes walk away - great views from the rooftop too. The staff were the best of any hotel I’ve ever been to and were so helpful, offering to make restaurant reservations and advising on purchasing tickets for attractions. We are so grateful as they made our stay so much better! The rooms are lovely and modern with Spanish artwork, we had one overlooking the square with a great view. The beds and bath were huge too!

It was perfect - the pool isn’t heated though so you need to be brave in the winter months!

Location extremely central and perfect for walking around the City. The area felt very safe for my mother and I. From our arrival and check in with a glass of sherry all of the staff were friendly, knowledgable and couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect for my mother’s belated 80th. Good and extensive choice of breakfast. Room well laid out and very comfortable. I’ve not seen some of the design touches in the room before bit most of them worked well - heavy curtains to wardrobes rather than doors. Ability to pull dividing wall between bedroom and bathing / dressing area. Lovely roof terrace and interesting that a couple of evening events did not intrude on guests seating area - lovely to have some buzz up there! Staff booked a fantastic authentic flamenco show for us.

Perfect stay for us. It didn’t impact our enjoyment but noted a couple of steps up to the entrance of the hotel. Roof top pool unsurprisingly is small so can get busy.

All the service from the hotel is extremely helpful and friendly, and especially for receptionist Beatrice, thank you. Everyone is super lovely there and very welcoming. 3 bottles of water free in the room are very helpful. The bed is super comfortable, and I definitely need it. You can also have sunbathing at the rooftop, and this is good. The rooftop bar is amazing, and the view is just stunning and incredible. Highly recommended!!!

The room unfortunately is not very clean for a 4 star hotel, esp floor, and window. I also got a fly in the room. Then, the bathroom on the next day wasn't cleaning enough. Toilet also blocked once. I got a power cut three times due to the facility fault of card switches. The swimming pool is lovely, but not really for swimming. They all immediately deal with it for fly and power cut and very efficient. Breakfast is good, but not worth €25. Service is excellent, but food is average.

Got there early and thought we'd try and check in. To our delight we could, and they gave us an upgrade at no extra cost! The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Being in the centre of Seville, everything is close by and within walking distance including the tram. The hotel restaurant is beautiful with amazing food, we went for a lunch and a dinner. I cannot rate Querencia de Sevilla highly enough, it would be our number 1 choice in Seville.

Superbly appointed hotel, very new and beautiful decor, and the room and bathroom are gorgeous. Staff very friendly and courteous. The bar on the roof is stunning in the evenings. Gym brand new and high quality. Probably the best-looking (and smelling!) 4* we've stayed in. Well worth the money.

Staff at the roof bar can be a bit slow. It can take 15 minutes for them to come when called from the little machine, or for table service in the evening they wouldn't come at all, but then turned people away from the bar if they tried to order there!

The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. There were buffet and menu options--best cheesy scrambled eggs I have ever had. On the morning that we had an early morning flight, the staff graciously packed a "picnic" breakfast for us to take on the road.

The hotel was a bit expensive, but it was totally worth the money. The central location could not be beat. We could walk everywhere that we wanted to go.
