Fabulous location, close to Alcázar and tourist area, but still quiet. Not too far from transport options. Quaint, basic but not cramped. Our room, 12, had a view over the tiny square. Pleasant central courtyard.

We had no controller for the aircon. We had to ask the manager for it, to adjust the fan speed and vanes. He came up with the remote and then took it away again. We really needed to have one, so we could have different settings for daytime and for sleeping.

My third stay at this hotel. Within easy walking distance of all of the sites - even Triana is no more than 40 - 45 minutes - so perfectly placed. It's a quiet little budget hotel with charm, and the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. It has a lovely little courtyard in the centre which is a pleasant place to wait for taxis or just sit and read.

My final day had been really hot - 41c - with a low of 36c (I think) at night, and the aircon set in the wall with just and on/off switch but not temperature control just wasn't up to the task of keeping me cool, and I ended up being feasted on by a mosquito, but that is a minor quibble and easily resolved by not going to Seville in August when the temperature is stupidly high.

The place is beautiful and cozy, and the staff was amazing, since we arrived very late at night when we woke up the front desk staff had rotated, but all of the front desk managers where super friendly and helpful at all times. Their 24/7 front desk was superb. They even recommended a great flamenco show which we would have never found on our own during our stay in seville

These were minor details, that did not bother us at all, however a consideration, for our booking which was a single 2 bed rooms, the shower might be a little inconvenient for someone very old, they are a little tight, and the shower holder was damaged but nothing too much of a big deal. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, close to the center of town, near many places of interest, and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Check in was easy and they allowed us to store our luggage there after checkout. The room was clean, the air conditioning made it very comfortable, and it had a private, connected bathroom. The one window opened up to the beautiful atrium in the center of the hotel.

There was no hairdryer, no shampoo, and no common place to eat our own breakfast.

Lovely room overlooking the Playa de Cruces, lovely inner courtyard, bonus quiet area up a couple of steps outside my room where I could sit and read. Easy to get to everything I wanted to see, even over the bridge to Triana. Lots of little cafés nearby.

I was freezing two nights running because the aircon remotes (which also do heating) are kept at reception. Third night the man came up, turned aircon onto 27,then took remote control with him... So REALLY toasty and to turn it down would have meant dressing to go to reception. But that's a small quibble and I'll be back in August.

The hotel is very well located. It's in the barrio de Santa Cruz which is in the heart of the centre of Seville and so at walking distance of the Cathedral, Alacazar and many other beautiful monuments to see in Seville. The hotel is very nice, cosy and with a very nice architecture typical of Seville. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, easy going, polite, helpful and very welcoming. In a way, it was a nice introduction to Seville and its charming atmosphere!

It felt very cold in the room at times and the corridors leading to room, especially at night. We had heating in the room and it was working well so it didn't become an issue and I'm sure that in Spring or Summer the rooms and corridors would be nicely warm.

The location was absolutely superb! Within 5-10 min walking to everything (most) and the rest is still can be easily done by foot. It was a very traditional small hotel which didn’t surprise me at all what I saw. My room was very clean and a reception staff was friendly / helpful. 10-15 min walking to get to the bus stop towards to aero port with a modest bus fare. Plenty of very nice restaurants, taverna and coffee shops around.

My room didn’t have a window and a hairdryer. It could be I didn’t read the description well? I would say for a short stay of 2-3 nights it’s perfect. One more, beds are not comfortable at all but again for a short stay you can manage.

The location is super central in the heart of Sevilla, in a very quiet patio, close to a lot of sightseeing, bars and restaurants. Easy to come from the airport, train and bus station. The staff is friendly and helpful (They helped us to book a Flamenco dance show that I totally recommend!). The room is very clean and the staff comes everyday to keep it even cleaner.

Could have a fridge in the room and the shower position could be better (too low) even though the water pressure and heat/cold water are very good!

The hotel is near all the exciting sights and resturants in Seville, which was really helpful as a solo traveller! They patio area is also very charming and great place to hang out when in between activities. In my opinion the beds were a bit hard which at times made sleeping difficult. AC worked though; it was in the 40s during peal summer heat and WIFI was consistent. Additionally, while the rooms are sparsely decorated, they are maintained very well and the staff was helpful.

Staff very friendly. Location is fantastic, perfect. Surrounded by good places to eat and cathedral 5 minutes walk. Bed very comfortable. Lift very useful. Key leaving service very useful. Price was more than fair.

A safe in the room would have been useful. A fridge in the room would have been useful. Bathroom was clean but a little outdated, some rust around bath/shower. Rust areas can hold bacteria and can be difficult to clean properly.
