Would return in a heartbeat. One of the nicest hotels we stayed in whilst we were travelling this time. Central location, beautiful interiors, friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was perfect - brand new room, extremely clean with stylish interior, lovely staff, good location! There’s an espresso machine in the room and the bed was super comfy. There are also toiletries including shaver, dental kit etc , so you really don’t need to bring much (shampoo/soap/cream from the white company). They also provided us with a towel to go to the beach. They are unable to reserve specific rooms from your category but they try to accommodate requests and we ended up staying in our preferred room! :) Extremely good value for money and would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends! Thanks again!

I have no words to describe how exceptional was to stay at this facility. The best time of my life. The best hotel I've been. So clean, beautiful, extremely detailed. The staff very professional, caring and polite. I'll sure recommend this hotel in Santander. Excellent position. Thank you for making my family live a blast of Christmas season.

I regret not planning more days in Santander.

The architecture of the building itself is beautiful and the decor is very high-tech and tasteful. The bed is super comfortable, complimentary coffee, water and cava,and the location is very central, handy for the train station and airport. The staff were charming and very helpful, specially as I had to print some paperwork last minute.

The hotel is new so was not set up yet for the beautiful looking bar area or dining. I'm looking forward to coming back to try it when they are though!

Lovely clean new modern hotel in a great location.

There needs to be a long mirror in the classic room Drinking glasses Water in the room would also be nice Soft background music would be welcoming No vodka at the bar or coke zero.

It is a beautiful minimalistic , modern hotel that used to be a residential, location is perfect, walking distance from most attractions , plenty of bars and restaurants where locals gather. There are electric escalators on the streets to go up the hills, since Santander is a very hilly city. Staff very friendly. Hotel director a super nice gentleman, thank you señor J , for your kindness, we’ll never forget.

We didn’t like the Frida room for various reasons. 1- Zero drawers 2- No large mirrors where you could see yourself from head to toe, while in the Masai Mara room , where we stayed before , you have one on each side of the bed. 3- The coffe maker is placed on the wrong piece of furniture taking the space needed to place your belongings since no drawers exist. 4- The towel hooks are far from the shower, which makes no sense. I don’t think the minimalist concept entails discomfort.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The decoration of the room was stunning, along with the communal areas of the hotel too. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom was very nice too. Had a great stay.

Would be great if you had instructions on how to use the air con and sonas speaker. Also some information about the hotel and local area, such as a map and restaurant recommendations. Also would be good if there was a kettle. We were using the coffee machine for hot water, but it always tastes like coffee so no good for tea, some milk would be good too. The room was very hot and with a very noisy street would suggest to bring earplugs.

they have just opened the hotel so everything was new and in best shape. great design of the property and rooms are decorated in a great way. lobby and rest area are also wonderful.

We enjoyed the comfort of our room, the modern facilities, and the ideal location close to the city centre. The staff reception were friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was ok, although not sure why it has to be in a ground floor room without windows. The hotel has a beautiful salon and terrace on the second floor which would be much better!

The parking. The hotel is on a one way street with little space for loading. The parking is off-site in a public garage, and we had difficulty to exit due to the camera not recognising our vehicle.
