We had a great suite with a roof terrace and views though didn’t really use the living room lovely jacuzzi bath and very comfortable bed had a lovely lunch in restaurant with amazing views good food and nice friendly staff

Spent some time driving around trying to find access to hotel parking better instructions on how to park would have been good Breakfast not a good experience unfriendly staff and plonked on a table by noisy service door then ignored 3 requests for cold milk to have with tea ignored and not offered the hot food on offer till we saw other people offered it Our fault for not speaking Spanish better but other people speaking Spanish offered smiles and food service

The location couldn’t better and so lovely to have a pool to unwind the body after a full day of sight seeing! Views are spectacular!

Customer service at breakfast could be a little less officious..Truly understand how busy it was but the guest has been busy all year and has taken well earned vacation for a little pampering…Wine selection (white) limited- not a ( Chardonnay) fan, disappointed we couldn’t have our own locally purchased bottle opened on site. Yes we forgot to pack a cork screw….all shops closed so my partner walked across the street to a bar to have it opened…a case of more than my jobs worth?

The location is so brilliant that it's the best view of Ronda for no effort at all. Just stand on your balcony and enjoy! Our room was so lovely and such a great view. It's the sort of view you usually only get when you trek up a mountain! The place is really lovely and the staff were so helpful and calm as I ran into reception with my stupid tale of needing to get into the car park. They sorted out my little panic and sent me on the right track - so kind and sweet. Beautiful English spoken as well which we really appreciated! Thank you to all - it was a memorable stay and so lovely.

The swimming pool wasn't open for swimming while we were there, which was a little disappointing. But out of season now I suppose, so understandable.

Excellent location with a magnificent view. We were a 3 adult group so we were offered an upgrade at arrival which was very nice. Breakfast also very nice and satisfying. It was magical to arrive going to the bedroom terrace and enjoying the view d at the sounds of traditional music coming from the coreto.

The need to have more help with luggage and more parking space. We arrived at 7pm and there was no longer available parking at hotel. Although hotel recommend a public parking very close to the hotel which worked just fine. Swimming pool at 7pm was already very worn. I would suggest a mid day cleaning.

The location and building are great. The panorama is amazing.

The staff was not helpful, gave us a mandatory order to get out the car from the unloading area and we unloaded the electric wheelchair on our own and the luggage and the guy was upset and left us the trolley to get on our own in the room. Parking of the hotel was full and not included in the price. I booked for a bday dinner in the restaurant of the hotel but they didn't tell me that AC was not available, but absurdly not opening the windows either, so we left. In the room didn't work the Shadow on the balcony once you opened can't be folded again.Any customer can deal with no services if these are communicated, but to let us discover time by time is not pleasant. You have to find between the staff who are helpful cuz not all are keen to understand different customers.

The view from the room was splendid, reception staff (Pedro!!!) extremely helpful in finding us a restaurant, which was amazing (Meson El Sacristan), drinks on the terrace, sumptuous breakfast buffet, underground parking, and location, location, location!

Trainee at the bar was left to his own devices which resulted in total mayhem. Wrecked an afternoon for us and twenty, thirty other guests. Friendly, tried his best, but on his first day and being left alone, a mistake of his superiors' planning and oversight.

The Parador is on the cliff top at Ronda, overlooking the quite stunning gorge, countryside and distant mountain range. The view from our room was outstanding. The spacious room had a sunny balcony with chairs, and a very well furnished sitting area inside the 'French doors'. The bed was huge, with crisp white linen and the bathroom was very well equipped and presented. A mini-bar and safe added to the convenience of the room. Access to the underground car park was easy without the obstacles and impossible contortions to navigate on entry and exit experienced in other hotels on this trip.

We visited this hotel at the end of March and were lucky to have warm and sunny weather throughout. There was no air conditioning in the room, apparently until June. Although this was fine in late March, I suspect the lack of AC during the late spring would be an issue.

Booked room overlooking the gorge, fantastic view, lots space, separate sitting area, large bathroom, and large terrace with table, chairs and loungers, though didn't use it to the full as out exploring. Good buffet breakfast. Didn't make use pool, or garden as only March, but they looked nice. Very good location right in the town. Handy for exploring the Pueblos Blancos.

Parking in basement is handy (€20 per night which we knew on booking), accessed via tight spiral driveway down, okay for us as we had hired Fiat 500, though there were much larger cars in there. Pull up outside Hotel entrance through wrought iron gates off Plaza Espana to unload, exit car park at back near Plaza del Toros.

Fabulous location - breathtaking view from our window! Room was very good in all respects; excellent house-keeping. Overall service throughout the Parador was top class - particularly in the restaurant (the head waiter, Juan Hernandez, was superb).

Only one complaint - the lifts need mechanical refurbishment. Lift B to the car park was very bumpy while the lift C sensors were poor, resulting in my husband experiencing a crushed arm on several occasions!

location and beautiful building

when our friends booked in hotel restaurant they found was over booked and staff in charge pretty rude tbh it was not their fault reception had booked them in the day after we left and although they were sat down in corner the food was not at all as described although they did pay in the end it was not a great experience if you have messed up apologise but be honest the restaurant is full with large party of tourists and tell them they need to go elsewhere as being rude and giving below standard food is worse
