Nice room. great location. very clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star hotel, doesn’t have swimming pool, bar, gym, spa, or other amenities. but good for a short stay.

paid parking. for what you pay, parking should be included for guests. or put that as an option during reservation. breakfast could be better

The location is excellent. Centrally located, right opposite the bullring. The hotel has been renovated not many years ago and is looking good with the white tone. It is clean and is deservedly a 4 stars hotel. I like the modern, practical look of the hotel. We can tell that it's one of the best valued hotels in Ronda because lots of tourists were flocking in constantly. The male frontdesk person with skinhead look and spoke near perfect English (forgot his name) was very helpful eventhough he has to do everything on his own, was the only staff there on standby at most of the time, working 12 hours shift. He was even being the valet, taking or bringing our car. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves from his manager. There's parking at the hotel itself.

The sudden influx of German tourists of about 20 or so at one point. The parking is very very narrow especially for medium to big car or a van. I had to make many 3 way turns and that was also with a spotter. No wonder, the frontdesk man was kind enough to be the valet, because he understands how hard it is to park underground in that limited space. Plus I think the parking wasn't free, even for hotel guests, if I remember correctly.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of Ronda, convenient and within walking distance of everything. Car parking was a real bonus and a lovely person was there to welcome us and parked the car for us. Checkin was efficient. Room was lovely, nice touch with coffee/tea and very clean. Bathroom was excellent but was concerned about the slippery bath, in getting in/out for shower. Breakfast was very good, plentiful and upstairs bar and restaurant were excellent, and lounge area was lovely. All in all, a brilliant stay

Very nice hotel for a stay in Ronda. Looks like it is popular with the tour groups. The hotel has an internal garage which is a nice bonus. Just make sure you made a turn into the garage before you check in. Otherwise, you block the street and the police can give you trouble. Almost happen to me. Good the lady at the front desk told me right away to move the car. Police were already stopped and shouted at me. The balcony was nice with a view of the street, and the hotel is very close to the bridge and main pedestrian street for evening paseo.

·Everything, the staff were friendly especially the waiters in the Astrobar who were lovely and accommodating. We loved our Juliet balcony. The location could not have been better . The tapas bars and restaurants were a two minute walk away, the longest shopping street was five minutes away and a lovely park across the road where you could watch the sunset behind the mountains. Nice comfortable lounge. Will definitely go back.

We didn't like the fact that there was no actual wardrobe, just one large shelf with a few hangers above it looked very untidy. The glass bathroom door needs to be changed to a solid door because if someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night the light shone directly through the door on to the bed. Also the bath is very difficult to step into as it had a large glass panel over the bath and you had to scramble through the gap on the baths’ slippery surface area to get in. The breakfast room was a bit like a canteen, very noisy and the scrambled eggs,sorry to say, were disgusting,cold and rubbery every day, not sure it was made with fresh eggs however we did keep trying them to see if they improved, they didn’t !

The hotel is very comfortable for a family stay in Ronda, located in a short walking distance from the Ronda bridge and its main viewpoints. The park and playground is also just in 5-7min on foot. The breakfast is very assorted, plenty of fresh fruit. SENSUR Gastrobar of the hotel is highly recommended for dinner. Tasting amazingly fresh and soft octopus tencacle and chocolate cake accompanied by house wine is a must have there.

Nice room cleaned daily, had to stop room cleaners getting in 3 times in one day. Came back after a night on the piss and tried to pry the automatic doors open with my bare hands and staff didn't make too much of an issue when they pointed out I only needed to wave at reception

Spacious rooms that were nice and clean. The location next to the bull ring was pretty much perfect, and the fact the staff parked your car to save me having to try and navigate a tiny car park was fantastic.

Think the fact the pool was a five minute drive away was a little disappointing, we didn't bother going in the end. I should have looked into the property more myself though, so mostly my fault.

The hotel is quiet, and is opposite the Bull ring. and ten minutes from the bridge on foot. It is comfortable, and accessible with parking attached. When the concierge offers to park your car for you, let him. It is a very tight carpark, and he knows it well.

The hotel was far better than I expected from the photos. The room was spacious, and the location was great.

Just an FYI, if you need a towel for the pool, you need to leave a €12 cash deposit per towel, and the taxi to the pool is around €12 each way. The pool was worth the trip as it was really peaceful.
