I loved everything about the place

long wait to check in. our room wasn’t ready when it was suppose to be and had to wait over an hour with no accommodations

It was a nice hotel overall, the staff were very nice and caring and the room was clean.

AC didn't work in our room and had to be moved to another room for the rest of our stay, our rate was promised to be lowered to match the new room, but it wasn't in the end since I was charged the same amount. Our old room had a balcony while the new one didn't so I felt like we over paid.

Everyone was friendly and always happy to help. Staff was always available to be found and if they couldn’t reach you they always sent a message via text. Valet parking was efficiently available and made the stay even better. I can’t wait to visit again.

my rooftop massage was great but not private at all

The location was perfect and walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, street food, fine dining, and shopping. the staff were amazing and very friendly, especially Lara, Joselouis, and a female overnight member. The decor and aesthetic was beyond expectations and definitely a photo in every space. The six showerheads, handheld, and waterfall shower that could fit 10 people was so relaxing. The rooftop is a must visit and the pool was warm which was nice and has a slope perimeter to enjoy the lagoon and views (sunset was amazing). Lastly, the digital concierge before even arriving until the time for check out was super nice and comforting for the price of my stay.

I did not like the mobile key for the elevator and doors. I think my case was the problem in connecting to the access pad. The mini fridge in the room made a faint breathing sound in the closet, no instructions on how to work the A/C using the remote, and I wish there was an actual window to look out in the Design Suite (I knew before booking) but the thin transom window in the bathroom allowed me to see if the sun was shining or not.

Cleaning service didn’t clean the room all the way,we had to ask for towels,toilet paper. At night it felt like they turned off the ac we had to call numerous times to the front desk to ask about the AC. Furniture in the room had cigarette burns, also there were scratches on the wall. You could never have dinner in the hotel without having to book a reservation a day before. A lot of times it was hard to get hotel staff on the phone to express our concerns. Felt the hotel was overpriced for what they had to offer.

The suites were really nice and the hotel staff was awesome.

The wait for our rooms to be ready was long. Check in was at 3 our rooms were ready around 6. I didn’t like the staff of the hotel restaurant either. The have bad attitudes and seem to not like customer service.

I loved the hotel & i will be back. The hotel broke the scale of my expectations and i loved every minute. The staff was amazing Drake & David were really great with car service. The staff was friendly and amazing.

It was perfect lol if i had to say what i disliked is leaving 😂
