Casa Wilson Inn0

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Casa Wilson Inn. It was our first time in Puerto Rico and we were so thankful to book this stay. The staff is super friendly and the property is nice and clean. There is an outdoor pool that is open until 11 pm, which was a perfect way to wind down after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony too, which allowed us to relax outside while listening to the coqui frogs. They have a fresh breakfast available every day. They serve you fruit and your choice of a main dish from their menu. The location is in a safe area close to stores and restaurants. Also the girl at the desk gave us a lot of useful information for our visit-I highly recommend staying at Casa Wilson!

Clean, neatly decorated, decent breakfast. Cute room with balcony. Good price. Lovely historical home. Pretty and relaxing internal courtyard with dunking pool. Really nice day desk clerk helped us print cruise tags for our luggage the morning of the cruise. Huge walk in shower was welcome amenity.

Only one outlet across the room to plug in CPap and phones. Stairs to room and no help carrying luggage after hours when we arrived. We managed though because we brought an extension cord, just in case.....

Great city location, easy to park nearby, pool was cute, quiet guests. Staff was very friendly, rooms were sizable and had smart tv. Bathroom was big and had decent counter space.

The water pressure and time to get hot was bad but it's a really old building so it's understandable. Shower head could have been replaced.

Cute Space with wonderful decor. Wonderful staff. Loved the balcony on our room. Breakfast was good but basic options. Lots of good, fresh fruit, eggs, coffee.

They were undergoing renovations when we were there. the noise was minimal, and the spaces still needed basic repairs, which, obviously, are being done. Nothing that was an issue or really upset our stay. Our door was not fitted in the frame, so we could see the outline of the hallway light all night. The door lock needs updating. Overall the charm of the hotel far outweighed any negative aspects.

Easy walking distance to local businesses in San Juan. It was very clean, I didn’t arrive until very late and the staff was very helpful and nice when I arrived. Everything seemed to be well taken care of and maintained. There was a little wear and tear here and there but everything worked as it should and really it was a few very minor cosmetic blemishes that did not affect my comfort or stay at all, just a few scratches on some furniture is really all.

The room I had was small by American standards. Not a lot of room for a lot of luggage.

We were there over night pre-cruise. We got there after 11 pm and left fairly early for church before our trip, so we didn’t have a chance to take full advantage of the facilities. But, the staff was friendly, breakfast was great, and they held our luggage while we went to church. All in all, it was a great stay.

The room was simple and with beautiful artwork over the bed and the bed was very comfortable. Random, but loved the wooden ceilings. The courtyard space out back with the jacuzzi was a nice surprise that we enjoyed after a long day of walking around. Appreciate that it comes with breakfast, which is a hot served breakfast with several options to choose from.

It is an old building so the rooms aren't very well noise-proofed... not anyone at the hotel's fault, but there were some guests who were talking loudly in the hallway and closing doors loudly both late at night and early in the morning, which you could hear clearly through our room. The location as a whole was a quieter area of the city though, so thankfully I didn't hear much noise from the street.

The location is very good -- walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet it is not noisy. The place is stylish and attractive. The staff is willing to help when you have questions or requests. The air conditioning, shower, and television worked well. Having breakfast there and included was really nice. The area has restored and unrestored properties, as many do, but I absolutely loved the neighborhood, with its mix of architectural styles. This place felt like a really good value compared to the prices nearby.

The room was small, but we had a large balcony that made up for it.

It was very clean and roomy. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. A request for a replacement hair dryer because the one in the room was broken was done quickly! Big refrigerator was nice. We were very pleased.

The bathroom was very dark so makeup application was difficult. We were not allowed use of the rooftop patio, so no outdoor space available. I don’t believe there is an elevator only stairs.

I loved room 16, the door opened to the outside & I liked this. The building & grounds were delightful as were the owner & staff. Breakfast on the outside patio each morning was excellent. The artist's works around the building is very cool! I'd like a monthly price for room 16. I would stay longer for the right price.

I don't know, but if I had to offer something I'd say,, a couple of high quality house guitars always makes me happy !!
