Nobil Luxury Boutique Hotel

Fabulous hotel right in the city center, a couple blocks from the park and near plenty of shopping & restaurants. They have a private parking lot with guards and parking attendants, so you don't have to worry about your car if you drive to Chisinau. The hotel has a stately old-world luxury to it, but doesn't feel dated. There are modern amenities and conveniences like plenty of outlets in the room, a mini fridge, and a very spacious bathroom with toiletries in case you forget anything. There is a decent gym in the hotel, and breakfast up in the top floor restaurant is incredible, with plenty of options for food and drink. We had breakfast included with our stay, and the first day I skipped because I don't typically eat until midday, but after seeing what my husband had I made sure to get up and work out earlier so I could work up an appetite and enjoy the breakfast the next couple days! Last but not least, the staff at the front desk were all exceptionally friendly, and a couple of the young girls there were very helpful in making a phone call & getting reservations for us since our phones wouldn't work in Moldova. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we return to Chisinau.

For a small hotel gym, they had a decent selection of equipment & machines, but it could use a few extra touches. Gym towels would be helpful so you don't have to bring your towel from the room, wipes to clean the equipment after use, and the machines might need a bit of maintenance. The treadmill catches a bit and could probably use a tune-up.

Everything was magnificent in a single word. I can say it's the most beautiful hotel in the city. It's within walking distance to museums; I walked everywhere throughout my entire vacation. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with every detail carefully thought out. The restaurant has a fantastic ambiance and city view, and the food is delicious. I won't forget the gesture made for my birthday; it was very kind. Additionally, the staff speak English well and are courteous. It's a hotel I would love to stay at again when I come back.

The hotel couldn’t be better located. It’s renovated in a classic Italian style, which I liked very much. Staff are great and the food is beautifully made and presented. Very good value for money. I liked the experience very much!

The hotel lacks a proper bar. There’s no public space to relax, outside of the two restaurant areas. Plus, I tried to book the spa couple times but they were not very helpful.

I travel for work often. This restaurant on the top floor is the best one I’ve eaten at in years. The food quality is so high and the prices so affordable. Every meal - breakfast lunch and dinner - had me coming back. The property itself is quite nice, bit renaissance feel with gilded bits. The bed is just the right firmness. The room is enormous and the air conditioning easy to operate. The shower pressure is glorious!! The hotel arranged a driver for my trip since I had many places to go. The driver, Marin, was very professional and the Mercedes S class was impeccable. I went everywhere in that. The front desk even sent my post cards.

The poor lady at reception my first morning after arriving didn’t speak english. I asked for an iron, she thought I asked for room service. I asked again for an iron and they sent someone to collect laundry. I eventually sort of mimed ironing and they eventually brought one. It is not really a complaint, it was charming in its own way.

Good location. Breakfast was the richest I have seen, and I have been to luxury hotels in over 70 countries but haven’t experienced such a rich breakfast. Staff at the reception, restaurant and the bar above it are among the kindest and most professional I have come across in the hospitality sector. I am sure that also applies to the housekeeping staff. It’s a reflection of good management.

A nice luxury option to stay. Very good restaurant upstairs (breakfasts are exceptional) and SPA downstairs. Strong advice to book a massage 1-2 weeks before your arrival date: it’s fully booked normally. And it’s a must-have to visit the saunas in SPA (several saunas, relax zone, everything works, expensive materials). I liked it a lot.

It’s not really about the place, it’s a general notice about Moldova. I didn’t find a place to buy/drink European wines. Only local wines everywhere, even in this expensive hotel’s restaurant. Don’t drink sparkling and white local wines, it’s painful :) Maybe Moldova is good at red sweet wines, I didn’t try

high class… enjoyed every minute of my stay… excellent service- efficient and so friendly… cuisine: 4 amazing stars for the creativity and taste of the meals- not to speak of the breathtaking view at the restaurant on the 7th floor and the bar/ open terrace on the 8th… I know a lot of hotels in Chisinau- starting many years ago with the famous “Codru”- but Nobil is perfection paired with great hospitality… probably the best de luxe hotel in Chisinau!

single rooms (with single bed) are a bit small…

Everything was so meticulously tidy and clean! The location is the perfect choice for those looking to live in the city center, right in the heart of this majestic city. All of the staff members - from conscientious hard-working front desk members to attentive and industrious housekeeping personnel along with a great team of food and beverage employees or chauffeurs - were super nice and helpful, let alone each and every one of them possessing incredibly unique personality attributes full of character and charm. The food prepared at the restaurant upstairs was delicious and healthy, especially the nutritious fine dining level hotel guests’ complementary breakfast options with “all-you-can-eat meets a la carte” novel dining way! I wish I could write many sentences expressing my deepest gratitude to everyone at Nobil, yet since brevity is the soul of wit, I simply want to state that I’m definitely staying over at this hotel during my next visit! Thank you for everything and continue success by keeping up all the good work, folks. Kudos to y’all! P.S. I’m definitely checking out the spa of this property next time!

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful 24/7. The restaurant on the roof was great. Also, the location is 2-5 minute walk to everything from eating places, grocery, and pharmacy.

Breakfast is fantastic. Wide range of selection in a beautiful dining room. The rooms are beautiful, very luxurious and well appointed with everything you could ask for. The complimentary wine is also a nice gesture.

The pillows, l found a bit soft. But again, that's a personal issue.
