literally everything, location, stuff, reception, everything was excellent

No Way that I didn't like the property, I promise if anyone go there will like it for sure.

it’s the second time that we spent our city break at Bristol and it was excellent! the room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely we view! the breakfast was delicious. The ladies from the reception were very kind and helpful. They booked as a visit to the Cricova winery and they held us with a surprise for our friend that was celebrating his birthday. we have a bottle of wine with compliments from the hotel. we travel with a 15 month old baby and we had all the facilities we need. so we can say that is a baby friendly hotel. we will definitely come back! thank you so much for making our staying so pleasant.

First time we have been here, last year! I have been traveling a lot, visited many hotels, and even 5* hotels, but....Bristol is the top for me, is clean, și quiet, rooms are big enough to feel comfortable and and warm atmosphere! The staff is lovely, everytime when I needed them help, there was there for us! Breakfast is amazing, from my point of view, this hotel worth every penny! Thank you , guys See you nest yeao♥️♥️♥️

Internet...is a little bit slower, but...this is not a big problem! we did enjoy the real life, instead staying on social media!

I loved everything about this hotel. The room was extremely large, as was the bathroom. There was hot water in the shower instantly, along with superb water pressure. The breakfast was fit for a king/queen. So many options...all delicious. The staff working breakfast were all amazing! So friendly and attentive. The location cannot be beaten. It is the perfect location in the city for visitors. The restaurant offers plenty for everyone, along with a full bar. Overall, everything about this hotel is top notch!

There was nothing that I did not like.

I stayed initially in a room on the 10th floor and this was excellent, once I had the aircon working, as the large window did effectively turn the room into a greenhouse. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. The location for the sole traveler right in the center of Chisinau is perfect.

On the second part of my stay I was allocated a room on the 4th floor which was much smaller....but still big enough for me. I did not mind this at first but the sound insulation from adjacent rooms was not good and I could hear the conversation in the adjacent room.

An excellent hotel, its location is excellent right next to the main square and next to the park and the church, there is a supermarket adjacent to a very large hotel, which has everything. I took the large deluxe room it had everything. The service I asked for things arrived really quickly, the staff is attentive and solves any problem. The beds were very comfortable. Very rich breakfast. When I come to Chisinau again I will choose this hotel without hesitation.

the only thing that Ididnt like is there a limit of plugs in the room and it was hard to maneuver between the electrical devices in the room

This is the first time I give 10/10 for hotel. They should have 5 stars, even if they don't have SPA. Quick check in and check out ( I have never experienced such quick staff), big and clean room with everything you need when travelling (especially choice of cosmetics in bathroom, including shaving kit and toothbrush), free big bottle (glass, not plastic) of water everyday, minibar with reasonable prices, iron in the room, great view from 9th floor room, great breakfast. Very friendly staff. I was given bigger room than booked - thank you! I am sure I will be back again!

Nothing

The room was large, very bright and had a lovely view of the city. It was clean, comfy and breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff. Great location in the city center as it's close to most of the attractions and parks, shops and markets. We walked nearly everywhere, only took public transport twice (Chisinau has a great public transport system in place with buses every few minutes) when we visited the Botanical Garden situated near the edge of the city and when visiting a further away neighbourhood. You can find free parking on the streets surrounding the hotel, but they also offer free parking in their garage which is a huge plus as it provides a bit of extra security.

Minor updates could be done to the room, but which didn't affect our enjoying the stay. For example, the AC unit although working great was older than you'd expect in a hotel like Bristol. Water stain on the bathroom ceiling, so could've done with a lick of paint, but it's nothing one can't live with. Not awesome at noise cancellation - we didn't have loud people in the neighbouring rooms, but talking in normal voice on the hallways carried into the room quite a bit.

The location is perfect, the breakfast and staff at the restaurant are wonderful. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The problem was at the check out. Staff assured us the night prior that we can pay when ready to leave in the morning. However, it took forever, since all of the cards were rejected and the we had to go to a neighboring hotel to get cash. The reception lady was not helpful at all, no effort to assist and no expression what so ever! We almost missed our flight. Keep in mind that the ATM was there, but out of order. It felt that they wanted cash, which is fine, just tell people about it in advance! So, if you choose to stay there, be prepared to avoid delays.

We had the Ambassador suite, which was very spacious. Our son loved being able to run around between rooms. staff was very friendly and helpful, they booked taxis for us and helped us out with sim cards

the soundproofing is terrible. We have an 18 month old baby and the night club across the road was pumping music so loud from about 20:00 to 23:30 which was really disruptive to our child's bedtime routine. room service was unavailable during our stay, restaurant was too busy apprently. there was also a wet patch on one part of the room which came and went during our stay.
