it’s the second time that we spent our city break at Bristol and it was excellent! the room was very clean and spacious, with a lovely we view! the breakfast was delicious. The ladies from the reception were very kind and helpful. They booked as a visit to the Cricova winery and they held us with a surprise for our friend that was celebrating his birthday. we have a bottle of wine with compliments from the hotel. we travel with a 15 month old baby and we had all the facilities we need. so we can say that is a baby friendly hotel. we will definitely come back! thank you so much for making our staying so pleasant.

I loved everything about this hotel. The room was extremely large, as was the bathroom. There was hot water in the shower instantly, along with superb water pressure. The breakfast was fit for a king/queen. So many options...all delicious. The staff working breakfast were all amazing! So friendly and attentive. The location cannot be beaten. It is the perfect location in the city for visitors. The restaurant offers plenty for everyone, along with a full bar. Overall, everything about this hotel is top notch!

There was nothing that I did not like.

First time we have been here, last year! I have been traveling a lot, visited many hotels, and even 5* hotels, but....Bristol is the top for me, is clean, și quiet, rooms are big enough to feel comfortable and and warm atmosphere! The staff is lovely, everytime when I needed them help, there was there for us! Breakfast is amazing, from my point of view, this hotel worth every penny! Thank you , guys See you nest yeao♥️♥️♥️

Internet...is a little bit slower, but...this is not a big problem! we did enjoy the real life, instead staying on social media!

I stayed initially in a room on the 10th floor and this was excellent, once I had the aircon working, as the large window did effectively turn the room into a greenhouse. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. The location for the sole traveler right in the center of Chisinau is perfect.

On the second part of my stay I was allocated a room on the 4th floor which was much smaller....but still big enough for me. I did not mind this at first but the sound insulation from adjacent rooms was not good and I could hear the conversation in the adjacent room.

This is the first time I give 10/10 for hotel. They should have 5 stars, even if they don't have SPA. Quick check in and check out ( I have never experienced such quick staff), big and clean room with everything you need when travelling (especially choice of cosmetics in bathroom, including shaving kit and toothbrush), free big bottle (glass, not plastic) of water everyday, minibar with reasonable prices, iron in the room, great view from 9th floor room, great breakfast. Very friendly staff. I was given bigger room than booked - thank you! I am sure I will be back again!

An excellent hotel, its location is excellent right next to the main square and next to the park and the church, there is a supermarket adjacent to a very large hotel, which has everything. I took the large deluxe room it had everything. The service I asked for things arrived really quickly, the staff is attentive and solves any problem. The beds were very comfortable. Very rich breakfast. When I come to Chisinau again I will choose this hotel without hesitation.

the only thing that Ididnt like is there a limit of plugs in the room and it was hard to maneuver between the electrical devices in the room

I would consider it as the best hotel in Chisinau. Absolutely fantastic rooms with huge panoramic windows, super friendly and professional staff, free upgrade, free late checkout, super delicious breakfast and the key thing - amazing location just in the center of Chisinau. I would like to say a huge thanks to the hotel staff for such a warm welcome, I will definitely stay in your hotel again when travel to Moldova and will strongly recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

We had a gigantic room with very nice view outside. An elevator was going straight down to the shopping mal - which was very pleasant. The room was clean, the shower and the bathtub great! The beds are king-size and are very very cosy. We loved it!

Every day, we heard a loud base music for hours - beginning in the early afternoon, till late in the evening (but not the whole night!). This was no dealbraker - but we've wondered, where it was coming from...

Spacious and clean rooms . The hotel is located right in the center . Good breakfast.

I had an issue with the closing of my door . I came back to my room in the afternoon of the first day and the door was wide open. Nothing was missing, but I freezed , never happened before. At the end , it was a mistake of the cleaning lady, she did not close the door properly . I mentioned this to the reception and next day was fine.
