Toyoko Inn Tokyo Akiba Asakusabashi-eki Higashi-guchi

The staff was really nice, also the hotel, they provide you with a lot of amenities. Of course the room is small, like most of the places in Japan, but I think the space is ok for 2 people :) And also the breakfast is good, they change some options everyday (is Japanese breakfast)

The room was really really warm, but there is AC (I don’t like to sleep with the ac on but I didn’t have a choice)

1. Location near jr and subway line 2. Very easy to go direct to haneda airport in 30 mins only 3. Breakfast provided 4. Skincare and pyjamas provided! 5. Room nice for two and comfy bed 6. Have laundry easy to wash and dry clothes I stayed at toyoko inn fuji the day before, and very happy that i book this hotel in Tokyo cause we like it and satisfied. Would definitely book any toyoko inn hotel in japan.

Everything was great, near the station, there are convenience stores like Lawson,7-11 and Family Mart nearby, the room was comfortable,and the staff was friendly.

I hope that their breakfast will have more choices. I have been eating almost the same dishes for a week, although it was nice but I prefer more choices. 😉

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location wasn't bad, about 5 minutes to the nearest train station. Lots of food and convenience stores around.

Japan is humidity level is low. The room gets dry easily. Would have been good to have even a simple USB humidifier.

Clean, free daily breakfast buffet, tea and coffee, hot and cold water, pajamas, very affordable coin laundry and dryer

The double sized bed is still an appropriate size for a couple however the bed was on the firmer side.

Breakfast in Japanesse style - really tasty. Near to metro and Asakusa. Everything what you need you will find in hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Sometimes I was hard to communicate in English. Just use Google translate.

The location is perfect, you can transfer directly from Narita Airport on the Kensei Line. You are in walking distance of Asakusa and Akibahara. The staff is very helpful and patient. The rooms are insulated good, you don't hear the neighbors trough the walls.

The bed was not very comfortable.

Window in our room had a view to a dark narrow alley, so no daylight at all. Lights had to be turned on in the morning, otherwise it was just dark. Luckily we spent very little time there during the day, so it was not that unfcomfortable.

Check in rapid after midnight , as Chen speaks very good English. Thank you!

Difficult to speak with the receptionists . Except Chen they speak little English or speak no English. ANYWAY THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFULL TO USE POCKET TRANSLATOR. SO , AT LAST WE COULD COMUNICATE.

Great location and staff very friendly. Coin laundry with dryer and vending machine in the lobby. Breakfast included was great too

No instructions were provided about how the bin/towel system worked so we had a backlog of trash and towels to put out.
