Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores are near by. I like the Clothes Styler the most as it takes away cooking smells from BBQ restaurant and sanitize our jackets everyday. Advanced facilities and technologies are used in the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. They are only a phone call away.

Room is very small and we have trouble to arrange 4 suitcases in the room. The mattress is thin, so it makes the bed a bit hard for me. Moreover, it is hard to adjust the temperature in the room. It is winter and the heater is on which makes the room too warm and dry.

Great location for my needs. a few minutes from Asakusabashi Station that has the Asakusa and Chuo Sobu JR lines. This station goes directly to Narita Airport so that was convenient. It's close to 2 supermarkets, a lawson and plenty of food options. There were robots on check-in which were interesting but it's basically self check-in hotel. Rooms were compact but that seems to be the trend for Japanese hotel rooms.

Bigger rooms is always better but for the price and it is Japan so can't expect bigger rooms.

The location is very convenient n close to whole saler in bakurocho n etc.. JR sobu line west gate asakusabashi is 2 min walk so near. Hala food available downstair .. Use of LG styler machine is super convenient n professional.. Exceptional love for robohon singing n entertaining us.. Hope one day they are connected to AI n become even more fun n interactive. Just on caution side, pls lock door n do not open to stranger. We encounter one unknow stranger keep knocking profusely on the door n claim she was previous guest n lost money in our room 5 days ago, thus wanted to come into our room n look for it. We rejected n ask her to check with management. She insist management ask her to come up to check n we find her suspicious. We ignored her closed door. Hope this sharing will keep other guests more safe n vigilant. Hope everyone Enjoy the wonderful stay n trip.

The facilities are fantastic - they provide a lot of amenities like toothbrush, pyjamas, slippers, shampoo/condition, etc. The location is amazing, really close to Akihabara and easy to travel to anywhere to Tokyo. Getting from Haneda Airport to the hotel is one easy simple straight train too.

The beds were unfortunately very hard so it was a little uncomfortable, but this is very usual/common for any Japanese hotel. The rooms are also very small, but again this is also super common for any Japanese hotel.

The room was clean and they made up the room every day. The trash bin was small, but it was emptied by the staff every day so it was not a big issue after all. The bathroom was nice, clean and we loved the bathtub (even if it was a bit small). Our room was facing towards the town so the view was quite pretty. I can't really rate the staff, as we have not met any of them. We checked in with the robots and checked out with the machine at the reception. I guess it is good for introverts who do not like to speak with people. :D Also, there were multiply language options during check in, and they explained the steps properly so after all it was an easy process. Also, there was a button to call the staff in case something was not working. (We didn't have much problem though.) The internet was fast enough and worked well every time. Also, it was easy to find the hotel and it is in a great location right next to Asakusabashi station.

The room felt way smaller than we expected and there was no wardrobe or space to store our clothes. We had two luggages and it was a big struggle how to store them to also have enough space to move around. Even though the room was properly cleaned, it did not smell good/clean at all. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The AC(air condition) for sure was not cleaned for a long time, so people with asthma or dust allergy might have a hard time.

Very cool experience, just for the robot staff alone. (For those of you who are a little unsure about having no human reception, there are people on site and available through phone at the check in counter.) The room was pretty normal sized for Tokyo and the station was an easy 5min walk from most things.

The only complaint I have was the bed. Everything else was fine, but the bed mattress was super thin. It felt like we were sleeping on a big piece of wood with a blanket down for padding. Now, we're easy going enough, but I wanted to put that out there for anyone who that might concern.

The location of the hotel is superb - a lot of transport options and restaurants nearby. The twin rooms is a good, standard size for Japan. Breakfast had a lot of diversity of food. The price was fair!

The double rooms are very very small compared to the twin rooms. The staff at reception was not willing to accept our luggage beforehand. The rooms were a bit dirty, compared to the cleanliness in other Japanese hotels.

The hotel is cozy and fully equipped with all comforts. I got a small room, but I had everything I needed for a short stay and for a very fair price. The hotel is in the area of Asakusabashi, where it is easy to reach Haneda airport with a direct train and also the train station in Akihabara. I recommend it

All the signs are barely translated in English and basically there is no staff if you want to ask some info. The check in and check out are automated though a machine. I didn't try the restaurant, but I noticed that is Indian, so maybe not the best if you want to try the local cuisine.

it’s close to akihabara station (a big one, 15min walking) and asakusabashi (has 2-3 lines, 2min walking) so it doesn’t take too long to commute to touristic places, the area felt very safe and there are a lot of small restaurants around which were cheap and really good and felt pretty authentic the bed was big (bigger than we expected) and comfortable, it has a small bathtub and a japanese toilet with the water thing everything was super clean and we got our room cleaned every day with towels and amenities changed (the razors are at the reception, you have to pock them up there) and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were good and smell amazing really good for the price you pay the robots at the reception were cute

the room was very small (normal for japan but small if you’re used to europe) and the bathroom too there’s nothing really in walking distance other than akihabara (~15min) and more or less asakusa (~25min), things are further than they seem on the map (the streets are LONG) there was an lg styler in our room which kind of freshens up the clothes but not much

Great proximity to the train station. And Asakusabashi surrounding the hotel was full of restaurants, bars, shops, coffee shops etc. super convenient. The robots didn’t let us check in but a staff member was on hand to fix this up for us.

The beds could just use a mattress topper or a thicker mattress, if I was to make any complaint at all. Still easy enough to sleep on after a few nights, just an adjustment.
