Very modern looking hotel, which looks both great outside and inside. The location of this hotel is amazing. It's actually very quiet, but just a walking distance to Akihabara, and there are many metro and train stations around. No matter the time, you will always get here without having to use taxi. The way how rooms are designed is extremely clever and you can see that a great amount of thinking went into how to use every space as efficiently as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great, high quality sleep. Wi-Fi was reasonably fast and very stable, so I could research the new places to visit and generally surf the net when I was in the hotel resting. Room also had a huge TV which also showed very amusing travel recommendation videos showing you basic etiquette in Japan. The room service did a great job and everything was always squeaky clean. And of course, they respected no disturbance signs I used twice too. People on reception were super helpful too and they helped me to change the length of my trip, which I sadly had to cut short due to family emergency. Everyone in the hotel was extremely kind and nice to me. All in all, I had a great time here, I am extremely satisfied and if I am ever in Tokyo again, I will surely use APA Hotel again!
Breakfast could use a little bit more variety. Plus, it would be great to have some heated containers for warm foods. Fried eggs, which were delicious on their own, were always cold. Same goes for sausages or chicken. I think that simple containers to keep these warm could really ehnance the breakfast experience.

Location is good, near train station, and theres lawson and 711 nearby, lots of good place to eat like matsuya and yoshinoya... For the room, Its really surprising that they provide you just about everything in your room, even those tiniest things that they shouldnt be bothering in providing their guest is available..the room is small, thats given for japan standards, but its comfy, clean and well maintained..i will definitely stay again..
The only thing i didint like was the pillow, its really thiiiiiiinnnnn...and theres only two pieces of that..other than that its all good..

It's a reliable business hotel. It has all the basic amenities, and I was surprised that they have free VOD with some English movies. The location is slightly off the main street, which makes it quieter at night. An easy walk to nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and train stations. Staff is friendly.
Wifi is specific to each room, but it is slow at times. I am in a non-smoking room, and there is no smell of smoke inside the room, which is great. However, I could smell smoke in the common area outside the room leading to the elevator on some days.

I liked to stay at the APA hotel, it was exactly as listed, tons of amenities and equipment what I made me really surprised. The room is small, but really satisfactory for this price and expectations. I would really recommend to stay there. The breakfast is really Japanese without any continental food. The location is awesome, safe and close to metro stations and shops.
The staff, especially the cleaning service is rude. It was surprising that they only found these people to stand at the front desk compared to the famous Japanese hospitality, the room cleaning is below every standard. It is visible these people don’t like to work here.

Great hotel! Location was near the train station and accessible to Akihabara by walk (20 mins). Check in was quick and easy. Room was big, clean, and many personal amenities were provided! The staff were also really great and helped me out eventhough I didn't speak Japanese. The hotel also stored my bag for me on the last day which I greatly appreciated because my flight was at night and this allowed me to get a few more hours of sightseeing done without dragging around my luggage! There was also free video on demand movies/TV shows available which was really wonderful!
The price is very steep. But it might have been due to golden week. Eventhough, I have no other complaints but just price. The hotel was gracious to give me vouchers for next visit so thats good!

It was a comfortable room for a two week stay. The front desk staff are very polite. There is a microwave and vending machine on the first floor. The location was perfect! It was near the train station and has multiple food options around. There was no laundry inside the hotel, but there was a fantastic laundromat 5 minutes away by foot. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
Room service was okay, but they never cleaned the room floor properly. We got a smoking room, which is what we wanted, but the ventilation was not the best. The window couldn't be opened. In other APA hotel's smoking rooms, the windows can usually be opened. We tried the buffet breakfast one morning, but there were not many options, and the hot food was cold. Breakfast was not worth the money.

The hotel is extremely well positioned near train station that has direct lines to majority of tokyo's attractions, as well as both airports. If you don't mind walking you can easilly reach imperial palace, asakusa or akihabara in 10-20 min. The room was comfy and staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Since i had a late flight, they kept my suitcases safe after check-out which was such a relief since it allowed me to explore tokyo some more. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are a solo traveler.
Hotel's location is in a dense business/residental area, so there is not really a view from your window.

Fantastic hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was much bigger than I expected! It's walking distance to restaurants and very close to the JR station, but the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet. Good for relaxing after doing whatever you're gonna be doing around town, but if you're looking for a lot of nightlife this isn't it. There was like no noise at all so I got really great sleep! Rooms have a mini fridge and a hot water dispenser!

- The room is clean with all the amenities provided - Staffs are very helpful and always try their best to fulfil our requests - Close to train stations, usually around 7-10 minutes walk depends on which station you're getting to - There are a lot of convenience stores nearby
- The room is quite small but that's normal for hotels in Tokyo - The aircon is a bit unstable

The room functionality is very good and well though, all you need is there in your room. The bathroom is very small yet comfortable to use
If you use JR Pass, the nearest station which is bakurocho station use Sobu Rapid Line so you always need to transfer at Tokyo Station to go to other places like shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, etc.. But If you don't mind walk a little bit more JR Akihabara station was not to far. And be mind if you bring many luggage with you cause the space to store them is there but the space to open them is not
