The hotel exceeded my expectations because of the free coffee in the reception area! We really appreciated it especially after the long travel and tours. There was also a common available microwave oven in the hotel. The reception is available 24/7. The provided free bath scrub was useful. Also, I liked the available Japanese-styled robe. We took pictures wearing it.

Very near to Hakata station and to many shopping areas and restaurants. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is good for one person.
Some amenities in the room are a bit old and the toilet is real small.

I really like location - hotel is situated close to train station, so guest can travel easy Kyushu Island
General rules for most japanese hotels - its not allowed bring guest from outside and its impossible check in earlier.

Location is so close with Hakata Station Chigushi Gate.
In case long stay more than 2 nights, clean room service will be done every 4th day of staying. So, the gabage was stuck in the room.

Location compared with the price is unbeatable. The bed is comfortable. It serves it's function.
Staffs can't speak English but she did try to communicate. She recommended me to go opentop bus tour and helped booking. However, it was all in Japanese and I had no idea what guide talked about.

Location is really good. Most of the day tours meet up point is just directly opposite the hotel in Hakata station.
You pay for what you get. Nothing really much to comment about the dislike.

The location is great. Just in front of Hakata station
There is no socket to charge the phone near the bed. I might got allergy to the bed sheet/blanket. I woke up with rash and itch on my arms (probably bed bugs, I’m not sure)
