Everything was great, the room was good, everything clean, the staff was great and I loved the breakfast. Location was good as well, only fifteen minutes from the city centre but still in a residential area so it wasn't loud or anything. It was also within walking distance from both the train station and the bus drop off area when you're coming from the airport.

Pretty minor, but when you're going to the hotel you'll have to cross through a narrow, pretty empty alley. It was dark when I was coming from the airport so it felt a little uncomfortable (for reference I am a woman travelling alone) but honestly I think narrow, dark alleys are pretty inevitable when you're in Venice.

It couldn't have been better! Chose this hotel for my birthday trip, and it couldn't have been better in this price range. I was super happy with this hotel, it didn't only fulfill what I expected but even exceeded it. The location was perfect, the room was great, personnel was very nice, the breakfast was really great, definitely recommend booking it with the room, as that reduces the price. The free drinks and snacks from 3pm to 10pm also made our stay a lot better. Thank you for this lovely stay on my birthday.

The hotel was easy to find, the receptionist (Katia) was very friendly and helpful in introducing the city, publib transportation and the sights were interested in. The location was not central but it was quiet and nice. The breakfast was nice and selection plentiful. A nice touch were the complimentary refreshments in the afternoon. The beds were comfortable, AC worked well (it was more than +35C outside) and while the room was on the smaller side, it was cozy and comfortable. The room had a bath, which was great to soak in after a long day of walking.

The food ran out during the latest shift of breakfast (e.g. no omelette, no tomatoes). WiFi was unstable.

Absolutely brilliant stay: very convenient location - walkable distance from all attractions, but very peaceful and quiet all around; helpful and courteous employees- smooth check in (Thank you, Simon and Katja) and check out (thanks, Neda) ; authentic cozy spotless room, comfortable bed, high quality bath amenities and fluffy bath towels!!! And now my praises to the restaurant team for fabulous breakfasts! Thank you very much for the delicious starts of the day! Very good WIFI. All in all, great value for money paid. Highly recommended!

Perfect location - just off of the main street that runs parallel to the Grand Canal (3 minute walk), but far enough away to be quiet. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast is perfect - enough to sustain you through to dinner in the evening. The cafe opens from 3-10 and is free to use - perfect for an afternoon stop off to re-charge. The bathroom is great - the shower has good pressure and heat. The air conditioning is excellent - which was great as the few days we stayed were very hot and humid. Our view overlooked a waterway which was really nice. Easy to find and a very short walk from the water taxi stop off on the north coast of Venice.

Pretty much everything was perfect. Nothing to criticise.

My 2nd stay in that hotel. Staff are best, any of them deserves 2 levels promotion by post-covid standards of huge hotel networks (I am currently Diamond in Hilton and Platinum in Accor, but...). Note for experienced guests of Venice: here we have 12am checkout time, 24hrs checkin possibility, generous and stylish breakfast sometimes included in price (not typical "coffee+pastries"). And luggage room too (believe me or not, but even Hilton Molino not provides that service despite of 2.5x higher price)

If it was before covid and I paid 3 times higher, then I could scowl at couple of points may be. But, in modern reality, its perfectly clean comfortable place in quiet area - no screams no unloads 21pm-7am just peaveful sleep!!! with perfect heartful service, with very good breakfast, and for price paid - I am more than happy. Wish information would be more clear in advance. Your checkin point is UNA hotel nearby, as well as luggage storage place, and your free drinks/snacks time is 3pm-22pm

great position in a super quiet but centrally located neighbourhood. very clean and comfortable bed, although my room was incredibly small but manageable. the bathroom was of good size.

I had some challenges with the booking and card payment but they were resolved eventually. the kindness and warm welcome from the staff, particularly from Neda, made up for the challanges at the time of reservation. overall I would use again the hotel for a business trip.

I loved the quiet location of the hotel. I stayed in room 6 in the Residence, which was a building a few doors down from the reception and main hotel. The room was cozy and very well equipped - every detail had been thought of. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. I would happily return.

Can't imagine anything that needed to be improved.

Amazing stay in beautiful Venice! Very convenient location in Cannaregio, within walking distance from all the center spots and a 3' walk to the closest boat stop. Big and comfortable room, beautifully decorated, large bed and a very nice touch of extra amenities (different pillows, bath robes, full bathroom kit, espresso machine in the room). Extremely helpful and friendly stuff in the reception. We were able to leave our luggage upon our arrival, had a full iron set in the room with a simple request - we even got a box of local biscuits as a gift for my partner's birthday. Would definitely recommend and hopefully come back soon.
