Lumbini Luxury Villas and Spa

The one bedroom suite villas are luxurious to stay in. The pool is huge and room is also huge. Lot of space for a relaxation and comfortable stay. If you want private pool then it's a great place for the price paid. But don't eat the food here.

The breakfast is terrible. Only bread and eggs are fine. Everything else is very bad. DO NOT EAT HERE ANY OTHER MEAL. ALSO, THE CHEF SHOULD FIND AN ALTERNATE JOB IN WHICH HE CAN REALLY PROSPER BECAUSE COOKING IS NOT HIS THING. The breakfast was worse than 3 star hotel. Definitely not 5 star quality but for the private pool it's forgiven. Housekeeping staff does not seem trained well for 5 star resort. Should be trained more for better housekeeping and cleaning. The bathtub and toilet top was not cleaned well and overall room cleaning is a bit shoddy. They didn't even wash our used cups and glasses. Definitely if not the food, housekeeping services need to be improved to justify the 5 star rating.

Our pool was green when we checked in, however the staff were able to change us rooms quickly with no fuss! A few offers that came with booking.com offer weren't met, but that was okay.

I loved having my own pool. The larger pools were also good; usually wmoty so perfect if you wanted to swim longer laps. The breakfast and room service were great, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay so much that after a week I extended for another week. I also loved the frogs and geckos and other wildlife that was around.

Having the bathroom outdoors was really nice but the mosquitos (and sometimes heat) were intense. I still wouldn’t call that a negative though, it’s to be expected in Bali.

The villa that we stayed at was very clean, new clean towels every day, excellent breakfast, bikes for traveling inside the hotel between lobby and your villa, and the best was very supportive staff.

Our villa lacked the hot water until it has been fixed.

The atmosphere in the villa area is quite quiet and calm. I like the villa where we stayed, villa no.91 is one bedroom suite villa with private pool. The depth of the pool is 1.2m. I love the bed, it was so comfy for us. The AC works great. Loved the breakfast, many choices. This villa also has a quite large swimming pool for children. They also provide bicycles and a service for boogey cars for staying guests. Overall, I really had a wonderful experience staying in this villa. Keep up the good work

The location of the villa is in a quite busy area and road. There are many motorbikes and cars on the road.

We stayed in Room2. Staff were amazing. Lovely Villa. - water provided - hygiene things provided - pool towels added - cheap - bed was great!! - cute honeymoon spot

- staff did not give our key upon check in (as we had to catch a ride to our room on a go cart - having some promo guy approach us while we were having lunch to try sell us a deal (we just wanted lunch) - issue with room key - room wasn’t too clean (pool had some dated dirt) - breakfast was very average (careful as we had sore guts lol) - do not eat at the restaurant! steak and lamb were no good! you’re better off going down to the intercontinental

Beautiful property with private pools in the villa. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation in each of the separate villas. The outdoor bathrooms are an absolute bonus! The Indonesian decor is attractive and comfortable. There are cycles to ride around the property, to get you from one end of the complex to the other. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful. By all means stay at this property, but definitely eat elsewhere.

All available food options catered for an extremely bland western food palate. Great if you want burgers and fries. Was looking forward to Indonesian food especially at breakfast and was disappointed with the stodgy run-of-the-mill buffet / bain-marie breakfast and a woeful nescafe coffee machine resurrected from the early 1990's. Definitely eat somewhere elsewhere.

nice villa with pool, great ac, comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast, amazing price (4 nights with private area for 400€ / 2 person), good location to Nusa Dua, jimbaran beach; very clean, would come again note: to compare this to a western 5-star hotel doesnt make sense, nowhere in EU / USA you will find this price for 4 nights

it is true, that the breakfast is not refilled often, better come an hour before closing, also the kitchen only has a heat plate and 2 smalls pots (if you want to cook...)
