breakfast was not great. Perhaps a barista course would be a good investment as the coffee throughout Bali is so great, but sadly lacking a Anja although the staff really tried to get it right. So 100% for effort

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Hotel was very accommodating with rides and pickup at different spots in the area. We were on the ground floor and had a terrace with a nice place to sit and read.

We were there for 8 days, and for the first 4 days, we couldn't sit outside due to kids screaming in the pool and running around without parents' supervision. We walked down to the beach from our hotel and it was horrible. Pieces of wood, whole trees, and garbage coming in from the ocean and piling up on the beach. There was no way you could swim there. This was not the hotels fault, but was very disappointed.

The quality of the food and the speed of service at the restaurant was surprisingly good. My toddler loved the pizza and chicken sate. Food and drinks were fairly priced and staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The pool was very good and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We loved the size of the showers, we could fit the whole family in. My mother loved the service at the spa. Overall great value for money.

A few more reclining chairs by the pool would help and also some more dumbbells at the fitness room.

Great hotel for a stay in Jimbaran. Was very positively surprised by the quality of services provided by the hotel staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. They even upgraded our second room for free to have both rooms booked adjacent rooms. You can access the spacious and beautiful pool directly from the balcony of your room, which was very nice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even freely organized & celebrated my wife's birthday at the restaurant and brought a delicious cake to her, that was one of the moments of our trip and will never forget it! The Manja Restaurant served very delicious breakfast & dinner meals, we really enjoyed the quality of the food there! The location is great, it's only 5 minutes walk far from Jimbaran beach, where you can enjoy fresh seafood dishes. They staff didn't stop surprising us with their kindness and help: when we did our check-out and left the hotel we forgot a bag of kids' shoes. The staff sent someone with a scooter who caught up us on the road and handed us the bag. Can't thank them enough for all what they did. Will definitely be back to Anja for my next stay in Jimbaran

The hotel was really nice and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Price was very reasonable and the breakfast was excellent. Overall the hotel was awesome value and would recommend.

The gym was pretty small and not very modern equipment. The beach in jimbaran is disgusting and covered in plastic waste. We even saw two syringes. Makes the location (near the beach) a waste of time as we would never consider swimming in the water. We won't return to Bali, it has put us off for good.

From the very moment, we stepped into the hotel, the pampering vibes of Anja is all over. The staff are so friendly and smile at you whereever we go. It is a chillaxing kind of ambience, unlike some other 4 to 5-star hotels where everything is so perfectly manicured. We found the place to be clean, sanitised and well-equipped. For a hotel with 37 rooms, they care enough to put in a gym, a massage room to pamper the guests. If you have time, must try their traditional Balinese massage, both the masseurs did a great job to me and my hubby. The breakfast is kind of special where there is a basic buffet spread and a special dish menu to order. We had dinner there in one of the evenings, we love their mushroom soup. Tasted very homemade, and authentic. Recommend trying the Manja restaurant menu. Overall, this is a delightful boutique hotel, excellent location, great services.

Amazing place for a family with a toddler like us, and pretty sure also for other kinds of travellers. The hotel is modern yet still has Bali flair. We got a big room with a TV, comfortable beds with normal and long pillows provided. Very nice and comfy baby cot. The swimming pool has shallow and not so deep parts and has pillows where a toddler (or an adult) can float around. The hotel also had a playroom for little kids. Very useful especially on evenings when our toddler slept late due to jet-lag. The hotel also has a nice clothing shop. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The location was very close to the beach and on the other side to a busy street.

Not big complains but some toys in the playroom can use new batteries. On certain timing like in March when we came in the morning the beach looked quite dirty because the wave took in trashes from the other side of the sea.

A good decent hotel that ticks all the boxes. A nice sized and clean room, good service, nice breakfast included, spacious kitchen/dining area open all day for all meals, souvenir shop in lobby, sizeable pool, beauty spa, small basic gym, all within a short walk to nice restaurants (cecu is literally across the road and the dining experience rivals some top international restaurants), the beach, main road with local shops, laundry and supermarkets. Extended checkout is quite reasonable at additional 400k IDR to check out at 6pm, which helped if you've got a late flight out of Bali. Oh, and it is quite close to the airport!

The open style dining area is lovely by day, but meant we were feeding mosquitoes by night!

The hotel is very close to the beach so great for walks and swimming. The beach was clean. Sadly a lot of the restaurants on the beach aren't open yet due to COVID. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We especially appreciated the 3litres of water provided each day. The hotel provided my daughter's three month old daughter with a great cot and were very helpful when we needed to get the little one medical attention. The staff were absolutely great. My daughter and I were delighted with our choice of hotel and, I promise you, we're very fussy!
