DORMERO Hotel Dresden City

The room and the bed was very comfy. The hotel neighborhood was quite and friendly, although it is a bit seperate from the city centre. Free drinks at the minibar as well as the small easter chocolates put a smile on our faces.

In booking.com and the room card envelope it is stated that at sundays as well as holidays you are free to check out until 14:00. In spite of that we were asked at about 12:30 from the cleaning staff when we are going to leave, at which point we actually weren't planning leaving.

Everything is great, the rooms are very spacious and there is a great sound isolation, bathroom is amazing with great shower and hairdryer! The view I had from my room was beautiful and the location of the hotel is also really good, close to tram/bus station and stores like DM and groceries. I had a problem with a extra charge and they solved it very fast via Whatsapp.

I had a problem with a extra charge, I tried to solve the problem via email but the communication was very poorly, good thing is that after my review here they contacted me via Whatsapp and solved the problem very fast!

Wonderful. The room was very nice and clean and having all the facilities provided. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow was quite great. The members of staff were exceptionally friendly and Ahmed at Sondbar was very professional and introducing me some great range of drinks when I arrived. The location is fantastic too - it is very close to the Grand Garden of Dresden. I would highly recommend it for those would dould not mind a couple of kilometres away stays from Dresden centres which would only take you around 15 mintues to get there via the bus ride. Also nice choice of interiors too. Stay fancy!

The curtain could play up at a time. Otherwise my stays would be absolutely perfect.

The room was enormous and the bed was really comfortable. The tv was huge and they seemed to have anticipated the things we might need such as a bottle opener. The mini bar was complimentary with several soft drink options and a beer - completely unexpected. The location was brilliant just around the corner from the 9 tram which took you directly into the main part of town and central train station. It was a really welcome surprise

We got full mini bar for free 1 time from our stay for each room. The king bed is very big and comfortable. big TV and very nice light color changes. It has a Vietnamese restaurant down below and Greek one nearby which are very good. Good facility (shops, bakery and other restaurants) around. Nearby the Palace

the bathroom is a bit small. the hotel is not in the central, but is reachable with tram/ bus in 15-20 mins

Nice and very friendly people at reception. Very clean rooms. Garage available. Safe for storing valuables. Quiet place. Super strong and fast Wi-Fi.

In one of the rooms the LED lamp in the bathroom kept blinking. Apparently it should be replaced. There was no (or no control for) air conditioner in my room. The pillows were too soft, beds are very high. I am not quite familiar with the standards, perhaps this what the "king bed" should be :)

Very comfortable bed, great public transport to Dresden on the doorstep, a few restaurants very close by, quiet, great bathroom and shower. We really enjoyed it. Big room. Parking in the building, elevator up to the room.

Would have loved a/c and an basic coffee making facilities in the room - we were aware of this when we booked.

Did not have breakfast. Bed very comfortable and fridge very useful. Male receptionist spoke excellent English and recommended a German restaurant across the road. We wanted to try one. Very good recommendation indeed. Hotel near tram/bus stop and short walk to S bahn Station. Would stay again.

The people at the reception and the staff in general were very helpful and nice.

I wish they had locker rooms, so that we can keep our luggage there before check-in as the check-in starts at 2:00. Also, there should be some people at the reception in the morning as well like if you face a problem, you can atleast go and talk to them about it.

Very spacious rooms. It is a surprise that you get some drinks in the mini bar for free. The location was brilliant and close to everything. We used the sauna as it was free to use

We paid around 60 euros a night. I would say this is more worth 45 euros or so. A bit too expensive for what it offers
