ibis budget Toulouse Centre Gare

The room was very basic, no frills or extras, but all that was necessary was there. Very environmental friendly, no waste or plastic. No room keys, just keypad. Breakfast was fine, self service, abundant with basic food. The bread and pastries were amazing. Not much choice but perfect to start the day. Location is good, a bit off the center but it's only a few minutes away from the main attractions and the train station. On the whole it was great!

Perhaps an extra pillow could be provided. A small hand or face towel would have been nice to have, since this is not provided. Staff struggled with English.

The size of the room is spacious, very comfy bed, clear window that can have a look overall of the city view. Also lift is provided for guests.

A bit far from train station if you walk and have lots of stuffs. The air-conditioning is a bit cold and freezing. And hair-dryer is not provided in every room, you have to ask receptionist for it and give your id card or passport in order to borrow the hair-dryer.

The staff, especially Monica, Carlos and Cesare. Everyone greeted you with a smile and did whatever they could to make your stay comfortable.The breakfast was really good and the room was quiet and contained what we had expected With frequent bus services running past the hotel, links to the station and the Metro service were good. Should we ever go to Toulouse again then we would happily stay there again. And hope that Monica, Carlos and Cesare were still there.

Whilst the room was basic we knew that we would not be getting a kettle and tea in our room when we booked — though it would have been appreciated. In truth there was not anything that we did not like. Indeed, because of the excellent staff, we got a lot more than we had expected

Easy to find and good location. Excellent parking right outside the front door. Pleasant check in with friendly staff. Good quick lifts. Good bathroom with decent shower. Good breakfast with plenty of nice coffee. Everywhere perfectly clean.

Room was on the small side but expected for budget hotel. Bed was small with only one thin pillow each side. Lots of noise from road outside despite being on 8th floor.

I loved it! Weather did us good.I felt so confortable during the night when i went to go get dinner as the town was very lively, a few restaurants were still open and everyone there was super kind. Staff were welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was immaculate the kids enjoyed the nutella dispenser! I had an amazing sleep as the beds were super comfortable. Thank you Ibis for such an amazing stay.

Absolutely nothing!

Surprisingly comfortable and friendly, being a very big city hotel. Good location close to the railway station, the town centre is within 15 min walking distance. Clean standart room, comfy beds, good wi-fi, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Free parking just on the front of the hotel is a big bonus in Toulouse. A great system of opening of the rooms with pin code, very practical not to have to keep keys or be afraid of loosing room card. Great value for money.

Rally good price with a good quality in return.

The room was really comfortable for 2 people and we didn’t have any problem with it. The only unpleasant experience was the fact that in the middle of the night, namely at 3 am, the smoke alarm started beeping very loud and we were all panicking as we thought there was a fire. Apparently there was one person who smoked in their room, however the whole building was up.

Surprisingly clean and comfortable hotel, despite minimal design and price. Hotel located not too far from the bus station. You can open your room with pin code- so you don't have to keep with you annoying heave key chain or be afraid of loosing room card.

Walls are thin so you can hear everything that happens in the nearby rooms

Typical budget hotel, close to the train/bus station and also close to the center. Not luxury, but totally comfortable for a good price. The room and the bathroom were clean. We liked the breakfast too, great variety for a French breakfast.

Just a minor thing, maybe a cabinet or more hangers would be useful in the rooms.

The girl on reception From Chile was so kind and great women .. so adorable down to earth and very cooperative... she has a great dealing skill with beautiful smile on her face.. and the guy in kitchen during breakfast Named Carlos was also so amazing, humble and cooperative person..

one of the lift was not working.. that was only uncomfortable thing we had.. and they didn't clean the room
