Fantastic staff who always greet you and help you out with any queries and problems. A huge thanks to Hugo and Salim. Hotel is set off on a side street so its quiet. Walkable to beach and old Nice which is about 25 mins along main road. Excellent tram covering main sights and train links to explore elsewhere such as Cannes, Antibes etc Nice Ville train station is very close to hotel and tram stops practically around the corner with tram 2 going 2 stops to changeover tram taking you to airport terminal 2. Lots of restaurants and cafes around hotel. Good shops and shopping centre along main road. Fabulous Lebanese restaurant a few doors down from hotel. Authentic, tasty food and affordable. Room was clean and a good size for 1 person. Shower is small so beware if you're on the larger side. However, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. Well done to cleaners and the Reception team for making me feel welcomed.

Not hotels fault but could hear noisy neighbours as they came back late and you can hear people talking. Also either a cleaner or a guest doing housekeeping at 7am on my first night!!! No lift but staff are very helpful and took my bags up to room and downstairs on checkout day. Overall nothing bad about the stay.

We loved staying at Hotel Parisien, it was the perfect location for us to go on daytrips from Nice. We loved the proximity to the train station, the staff was wonderful and friendly! The room had everything we needed and a nice little balcony. All the room amenities were very clean which we appreciated. We felt like the neighborhood was very safe and it was easy to get to the downtown area if needed. It is tucked away in a little neighborhood about 10-15 minutes from downtown. Salim was so wonderful and helped us coordinate a last minute taxi to the airport on our last night! Was definitely worth the stay for the price and amenities.

The first night we didn't know how to work the air conditioning, but after that it worked fine!

Very friendly staff who were very accommodating and welcoming during our stay. Our room was very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. Great location with shops and restaurants nearby, around a 20-25 minute walk to the beach passing a large amount of shops and cafés on the main road. Our room was a good size with good facilities such as coffee/tea available and a fridge. The balcony could fit a table and two chairs looking over the streets of Nice. The local train station of Nice-Ville was approximately a 5-10 minute walk and offered good transport links to surrounding tourist spots. Overall a wonderful and very warm stay in Nice!

The hotel is at a quiet area and close to the Nice Ville train station if you need transport to and from other French Riviera places. The staff was super friendly and polite. The room was cleaned daily and made sparking clean. We were having a late flight back and they’ve let us leave our luggage for free at the hotel. The sea shore is in a 20 min walking distance which offers interesting sightseeing and streets to discover.

The only thing that I would recommend to get improved is to place window nets as mosquitos loves blood and this can ruin a nice vacation if people are highly sensitive to their bites as I am.

The location is close to the Nice-Ville train station, about 8 minutes on foot, which is great for exploring other areas of the coast by transport. Friendly hotel staff, one of them speak in portuguese. Comfortable beds. simple but clean.

It was not a problem for us, but the bathroom was a little small, for those who need more space and the shower was a little unstable in terms of water temperature (one of the days it was tepid, the other days it had a warm and normal temperature).

I didn't have the breakfast package.. The staff were very helpful, including lugging my heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs to my room. The location was terrific....2 short blocks and around the corner was the Liberation tram stop, going to the railway stn stop, two major shopping areas and then the Old quarter. There was a short cut traffic/pedestrian tunnel under Nice station 2 blocks away as well. Leaving to get to the airport was a breeze, as I caught the nearby tram 3 stops, down and around rhe corner to Rue Victor Hugo, and the new underground tram (line 2), which now goes all the way to Terminal 2 at Nice Airport.

A lift would be lovely, but many older hotels do not have the capacity to include one, and the staff were so helpful re my heavy case.

good location in proximity to train and tram line which makes it super easy to transport around. staff at desk were lovely. aircon was good, beds comfy, cleaninf service each day. staff were helpful in instructions on how to get to property from airport.

Staff were great and so friendly. They let us store our luggage hours and hours before checking in as arrived at 7am and also on the day of leaving let us keep our luggage there free of charge until our bus out of town later on. Helped us to our rooms with our bags and were always happy to help. The coffee machine at breakfast is always great. 5min walk from the train station that can take you to monaco - nice cheap hotel in a great location. Easy to reach from airport or the bus station in Nice.

The location was excellent - 8 minute walk to the tram station and the area overall was not bad. The hotel’s management was very helpful and kind, and gave us tips and recommendations. The room is was clean, the AC worked very well.

The shower water in the bathroom was very unstable - it would get very hot and then very cold and was hard to control. The shower stall itself was also very small.

Clean, close to the center, close to tram station 2 that connects to the airport, friendly staff.

The walls are too thin and you can hear the people in the next room. The shower gel was not refilled. We managed with one small soap for 2 people, 4 days, but the shower gel was not enough - it was pointless to replace the towels if the 2 small bottles of shower gel were never refilled. We probably should have washed our body with the same little soap?!?
