The hotel was in a great location, close to the river, cable car, and old town. The rooms were a good size with good electric and natural lighting through 2 large glass doors onto the balcony. We had the 'Vespa' room and enjoyed the pictures and decorations. The sofa was comfortable watching TV and relaxing. I enjoyed the morning frothy coffee and croissants. I recommend catching the cablecar up to the fort, walking out to the war memorial at Mont Jalla, then walking down from the fort to the Archeologic Museum of St Laurent. We enjoyed a wood-fired pizza at Pizzeria Il Vaporetto just across the river from the hotel.

The balcony needs some care. A blue plastic bucket had filled with dirty rainwater, so I tipped it out and discovered it contained cigarette butts.

The room has a kitchen area, convenient for travellers. The room is big enough, and high-quality of wifi is encouraging. Surrounding area is quite at nights. I love the contactless check in, very efficient. However, the instruction could be clearer in terms of guests still required to reception for paying tourism tax.

The elevator is sensitive and sometimes malfunctions if not following the instruction strictly.

For a budget hotel it was fine - great location and easy to check in and out.... I also enjoyed the 'art' around the place. There were some confusing internet jpgs printed on canvas and some very bold art choices on the corridor walls!

The only bad thing was that the balcony was filthy with the pigeon poop covering a gross astroturf floor and 2 out door chairs. You couldn't go outside which was a shame. I'd say, get rid of the astro turf and clean the balcony and this place would be great. I don't want to mark it down as I know points are everything in this business but that was pretty disappointing. We were too busy to use it but it would be nice to have a clean outside space to relax in. If I was staying longer than one night this would have cost it a point.

Location is great. 1 min away from the river and from the gondola. Also center of the city is just 5 mins away as well. Room was very clean and spacey. We didn't use the kitchen, since we had just an overnight stay, but looked nice. Breakfast was basic ( one pain au chocolate or croissant, orange juice coffee/tea) delivered in room ( when you schedule it) Beds are very comfy. View is not so nice, since it looks inside the internal yard, or better said, to the building on the other side of it. It was pretty quiet.

Le Patricia is very central. I was on the first floor and the room was very quiet which I was delighted with. On their booking form they had requested if visitors had any special needs and I requested a room not too far from the elevator. The property was clean and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody who wished to visit Grenoble

I would have liked a bedside lamp and a plug higher up to plug kettle in. However, apart from those 2 points the residence was excellent.

Almost everything as assessed above. Comfortable bed, bed clothes and efficient hot water heating system. The location in the city centre, near the tram stops.

There was some dust on the windows and on the near surfaces and some little dirt spots on some places. Not having an adequate gases extraction system so we could cook without all limitations for not having one. I chose Le Patricia because I will stay in France for a long time and so I need to cook. I thought I could do it on Le Patricia. Very good good in general. I would stay for at least one more week if I could cook without the limitations.

Perfect location - big room with terrace (that was a nice and unexpected plus) - friendly staff - small, yet functional kitchen. I arrived earlier than expected, and the staff readily gave me my room keys.

I think this place would be perfect if the management did some minor renovations (lattice frame was broken and tile joints in shower could use some scrubbing), but honestly it's just me being picky.

Great location by the river just around the corner from the Bulles cable car & a very short walk to all amenities in the city. Car park in the basement @ €12 per day made life very easy. Extremely efficient & friendly service from Didier, the owner who was there in the morning, coffee & conversation ready. Excellent quality bedding, although the mattresses could have been a bit thicker for my old back. 2 proper double beds it one was in the living area and the shower was in the bedroom so a bit of organisation needed with 2 couples staying. Immaculately clean. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was well-designed and well-equipped. Being on the fourth floor it enjoyed a pleasant view over the courtyard opposite. The manager, Didier, was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was cleaned regularly by a charming lady. Excellent location, easy to walk into shopping centre or along the river and into the old city. Local convenience store only two minutes around the corner, Quiet neighbourhood even if opposite the local fire station.

I cannot find any fault with the facilities available. Access to a washing machine and drying machine would be a bonus for long stay visitors, but Le Patricia does provide a send-out laundry facility anyway. The garage on the ground floor offers excellent security but presents considerable challenges for large cars with very little space to manoeuvre. The narrow street with cars parked immediately opposite means it is virtually impossible to drive straight into the garage. One has to reverse in. Then there is barely any space between pillars for even medium size cars. Best to take this as a challenge and manoeuvre very carefully!

Location and convenience. Near the town centre, train station and the mountain fort. Do not expect a 5* resort if you are planning to stay in the room all day but rather a utility place to rest at night. A small simple breakfast will be delivered to you. The apartment has amenities for you to cook your own meals.

No negative if you are not fussy. Not enough pillows but then I didn't ask because it was comfortable enough.
