ibis Grenoble Centre Bastille

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Grenoble. The location is amazing. The staff is very helpful and wanting to help you. It checks all the boxes, really. The shower was very nice (strong water flow - something other hotels I stayed didn't provide), cleanliness, amenities, location (already stated). Perfect stay. Zero issues. Would return certainly.

The name of the hotel could be best displayed to match the one at Booking.com really. We thought we were lost, because it says "Ibis Grenoble Centre" and in Booking it reads "Ibis Grenoble Centre Bastille" but that's a very very minor issue.

A perfect place to stay, right in the centre of Grenoble, a really lovely town in the Alps. Small room, very comfortable bed,good shower, etc. Breakfast was an additional 10 Euros, and well worth it - good quality coffee, juice, cereal, eggs, ham, cheese, croissant, etc. I'd definitely return if I was passing through Grenoble again.

There weren't enough electrical outlets in the room, I had to charge my phone in the bathroom so my friend could use the one next to the bed. I would prefer if there was one outlet in each side of the bed 🤷🏻‍♂️ Also some lights flickered or took a while to turn fully on.

The location was right in the center next to a Tram-Station. Still the room was quite. Bed was comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom had a comfortable size. Staff was super helpful. At night they only let guests inside. This guarantees the security for their clients. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location in center of town. Short walk to the bubbles that take you up to the fort. There is free parking overnight and Sundays in the streets close by.

View from window was onto the building next door, but i was only there to sleep and the price reflected the lack of view.

Gated covered parking, quiet room with air-conditioning, very central location with shops, restaurants and bars all around.

Only cold breakfast. As the hotel entrance is in a pedestrian precinct, access to the covered car parking is in the adjacent street (13 Rue de Belgrade) but this is not mentioned on the web site, which just states “on site”

clean and comfortable room, a bit small and the window opened, but into a unused garden however the location is fabulous! the staff was friendly and helpful.

A dated building, not the usual ibis amenities, cooler with water, bar, lobby seating.

Austere but very pleasant/ best location to centre, trams, Buses, food. Very nice Buffett breakfast. Staff goes way out of their way to help and accommodate. Very clean, Wi-Fi works , modern design. Reception: Alexandra was so warm to checkin and our stay that you should ask for her.

Great location, helpful staff and really comfortable bed

Not ever so clean in our room. Extractor fan in the bathroom was covered in dust as were the skirting boards and floor in the corners

Great location next to a very tasty cafe and many more great restaurants. The staff was supper friendly and helpful.

The enterance was very confusing. You had to go through a single elevator.
