Canad Inns Destination Centre Polo Park

We loved the robes and the bed was super comfortable. Lots of space in this room and the location was really great with good shopping centers and restaurants all around.

We had an issue with the jacuzzi sadly. Paying more for this room specifically for the jacuzzi and then having issues with it was disappointing. It would turn on by itself randomly and then wouldn't turn off when we would try to switch it off. Also found the elevators taking an extra long time to get to us so we could get on and didn't like the fact that there were no other stairs to get to the main floor other than the pool entrance.

when i booked my room i ordered a standard king room. I checked in after midnight from my travel and I was given a king room with wheelchair accessibility. I did not feel comfortable accepting this room in case a person needed this room. I stated that the room I initially ordered should be what I requested - no exceptions. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. I grudgingly accepted it.

Staff was so wonderful on arrival. Very friendly and prompt. Very safe and clean. Same with check out. Staff was so great! The room was clean, beautiful, and has the most comfortable beds! What I’ve never seen before is that they had packages with a loofa, bath salts, toothbrush & paste, q-tips & cotton balls, as well as the shampoo/conditioner etc. Nice!!!! They provided a robe and slippers which was an added bonus. We had a fridge, as well as a microwave and wee coffee maker with everything we needed. The TV rotated to fit where you were in the room. The jacuzzi was perfect! Such a nice space for an evening on our Anniversary. I’d definitely go back and recommend for sure.

I would give 5 stars if only for a few things. When you pay for the luxury of a jacuzzi suite you don’t expect it to not work the next day (morning). The staff were so nice about it and got maintenance on it, however we were leaving, lost that time to enjoy it and were hoping for a bit of compensation for it as that is why we got the room (which we did not get). The only other suggestion is to upgrade the shower. My husband had the outdated shower barely hitting his chest (kind of comical, but not when you’re paying for it). Besides that we truly love this hotel (and we’ve been to many as our Anniversary is very special and it’s our only splurge).

jacuzzi room was great, excellent breakfast buffet, lounge, pool, waterslide, ample parking, short cab ride to Canada Life Center.

overall our stay was great but if i had to say anything…the elevator space and possibly upgrade the jacuzzi tubs to allow 2 people to enjoy the tub comfortably.

Very clean and nice looking hotel, they upgraded us to the suite for some reason which was super nice :)

It was a little too cold for me and I didn’t know how to change the AC, but honestly better than being too hot. Elevator could be bigger

There was a very friendly security gentleman who was super friendly. Seeing him constantly throughout the day made me feel safe.

My room was not equipped with enough supplies. We only had the roll of toilet paper on the roll and no extra. However front service was great at giving us what we needed.

Centrally located to all our getaway. I appreciate the cleanliness and friendliness of front desk staff. Easy check in and check out. Our room was cozy and neat.

Housekeeping starts early, like 730am so there's no chance of sleeping in and relaxing in morning. And when housekeeping cleans, they slam doors and are yelling down the hallway.

The pool and waterslide kept the kids busy. The adults enjoyed it too. We also were accommodated with adjoining rooms, as we had 4 children and 2 adults.

Towels did run out in the pool area the second day and I did find some things underwater. Eg. Fake nails, hair ties, mud/dirt. We also couldn't play our personal game on the TVs, which was disappointing for the kids.

I like how the front desk was very helpful and super nice. Super indigenous peoples there. So I was very comfortable.

The elevator needs to be worked on. I hate how I spent 24 dollars for coffee at the restaurant It is very pricey 😭

it was close to many amenities. It was very clean. the staff were all extremely pleasant.

Some guests did not appreciate the hours to be quiet and woke us up many times on the night. If other guests were being attended to at the front desk we had to wait to get into the pool. would be better once you have signed your waiver and had your wristbands to have a special access keycard.
