This is a full apartment and an incredible deal for Victoria. The kitchen is shared between two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the other has a private bath down the hall (that's the one I stayed in). There was another guest in the second bedroom, and it was nice to get to know her and chat. In addition to a very nice kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, dishes and dining area it has a lovely porch where you can sit outside and read or eat. The apartment was extremely clean and my bathroom was very beautiful and modern. The owners live right there and can help with anything you need. It's about 5 miles from downtown on a quiet safe street and neighborhood, but very near several busy streets with everything you might need--from restaurants, to cafes to stores. You will best off arriving by car, or in my case, a bicycle.
There was a heat wave, which is unusual for Victoria and the apartment was quite hot. The owners immediately brought up fans which helped a lot.

The home is located in a suburb of Victoria with many restaurants and shopping center very close by. Also very near bus lines that can take you to the city center in Victoria in 20 minutes. The two guest rooms have a shared kitchen area and deck. The woman who owns the house was very helpful and a wonderful host.
The only thing O didn't care for was the noise of the child in the neighboring rental apartment. I understand they will be leaving soon. .

I really enjoyed my one night stay here. The place was perfectly clean and tidy. Best of all, it was very quiet and comfortable, I was happy with how well rested I felt. The location is some distance away from the Victoria core, but I would highly prefer to stay here again compared to the more popular hotels.

The host was exceptionally helpful. I had a very late ferry from Vancouver (delayed) arriving at nearly midnight. she was online with me guiding me into town and the property. The flat was very clean and the room/bed very comfortable (with a dedicated bathroom/shower in the hallway).

Great location central in Victoria with many nice restaurants surrounding. Host was very kind and welcoming, and even helped me jump start my vehicle when I was having battery issues
