Hampton Inn by Hilton Chilliwack

It was very clean and staff were wonderful. Those are my two most important criteria. The abundant morning breakfast was a necessity due to no restaurant.

We couldn't walk anywhere. There were no sidewalks or walking trails. We walked on the side of a very busy road just to see. The walk "around the parking lot" was lovely but not enough. Also. I finally figured out that the "tremors" I felt at night were from the freight train nearby. It was a little too pricey due to location. Ubers were inexpensive and quick, but we should have rented a car. (We weren't located with the rest of our group due to lack of rooms where they were staying so we were picked up most days.)

The pool and slide were your best attraction. The kids loved it and we spent a lot of time there. The only thing as the smell of the chlorine - I had to I Open the outside door to let the air in and I think a telephone is needed to ring for help of you are alone in there. Otherwise everything else was great. Red a movie channel in the room but it was of good size and comfortable. Breakfast included was a bonus for us

The room was very good, tv channels were good, pillow option was awesome, reception staff was courteous and friendly, gym was good for cardio and good for resistant training with free weights..

when checking out the person manning the desk refuse to give me a receipt for my stay, i book through Booking .com which went well except they do not give receipt and when I insisted on getting receipt the person checking me out got very snide and unfriendly which left a very bitter feeling when I left. Once I lodge a complaint the management reached via email in a one or 2 sentence saying that they would look into it and provide their people with proper training to avoid another situation in the future, (I should hope so)

Very helpful front desk, cleaning, and breakfast staff. Everything is a close drive from the hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a decent tv. Nice pool area and good workout area.

The pillows were small, however we did get a couple more and then we were fine. The power went out for about 10 hours, but only in our part of town. I walked/skateboarded to town a couple of times, however the distance and routes were not so pleasant.

The hotel was very conveniently located for our purposes, which was meeting with an Escape Trailer representative the next day. The room, including the beds, was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The breakfast was nothing special. We would have expected higher quality given the price of the room. It was located in an area with light manufacturing. As a result, we drove to the Island 22 Park for a walk and to find lunch and dinner options.

cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and varied. Room was comfortable. Most staff were warm and friendly. Our dog was welcomed warmly.

My husband was taken back by the staff member checking in him and our son-in-law on night two. The interaction he described was very rude and unwelcoming.

Free spacious parking, rooms were nice and beds comfortable. Pandemic measures in place with wipes and sanitizer everywhere. Smoking are was heated too.

Breakfast buffet was mediocre with tasteless food. All the basics were there including making your own waffles but that was it. They made me park my moving U-Haul at the back making me concerned over the safety of my life in a truck as I was moving with my family. And no shower gel just soap.

hot tub was hot and jets worked. room was spacious and clean

someone set the alarm clock and we were woken up at 6am front desk didn’t even apologize and didn’t seem to care. shower had some wear and tear and the repair work could have been better. our room was either hot or cool we couldn’t seem to regulate it so it was comfortable all night

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Good choices. Waffles were awesome. Staff was so friendly.

TV channels were awful. No HD, no option to rent movies. Very boring channels. My kids were bored at night. We wanted to curl up together an watch a movie but nothing was available. Get a better package for your guests who pay that much money to stay there. Should at least have decent TV and movies. Can't use anything that needs internet that doesn't have web access. I ended up using their hdmi cord to my tablet to mirror my image to watch out own movies.

Very well organized - from check in to pool reservations, to check out. Reasonable packed breakfast plus hot items to select for take a way service. Very close to Cultus Lake, Chilliwack River and Rotary Nature Trail along the Vedder. Very convenient for a business stay - rooms were contemporary with a good work desk. This would be a great family vacation base - lots to see and do nearby + a quality stay. I’ll certainly book again. Thanks!

Located near rail crossing & highway truck parking, so occasionally noisily. But otherwise quiet, private setting with ample parking.
