It's not the hotel's issue. I think this is more a guest issue: teenagers and children were playing with the elevator buttons, making the elevators stop at floors where no one was going to hop on, to the point that one elevator became out of order. I suggest there be a sign by each elevator entrance to press the button only when necessary or else [consequence], explaining as well that there is surveillance at the elevator.

The early check in and late check out (3pm and 12pm). Pleasantly surprised at how equipped the room was with the kitchenette, 2 beds, couch, curtain to separate the beds from the living space, closet, all the counter, cupboard and drawer space. Extremely clean, more than enough towels. The breakfast was a highlight. Best ‘Complimentary Breakfast’ I’ve had in years. It really added major value to our stay at this hotel for our family of 4. Hours for the pool, hot tub and gym were 5am to 12am. And the gym was clean and well equipped. Staff friendly which was so lovely. Overall great stay.

I am in the beauty industry so although I always have all my toiletries with me I do enjoy being pleasantly surprised when a niche or up and coming Brand is supplied in a hotel. This place still had what you needed from a trusted Brand though! For this particular stay be enjoyed the location for what we needed, however it is definitely the very south end of the city.

we had a dog so it was nice to have space and trails to take her for a walk. in town for an appointment which was 500 yards away. larger rooms than we were used to, additional kitchen features were nice, as was having the couch area.

not a big deal at all, but there were limited options in the continental breakfast for my travel companion who is vegan. while they had quite the selection for me, the breakfast area was so busy that we opted to order breakfast in via delivery (it’s just easier with the whole vegan thing) I did manage to snag some juice and a few breakfast sandwiches to bring back to my room and microwave which were tasty, but as I said, it was so busy throughout breakfast time that it was hard to get in there and prepare something like waffles or cereal. the staff did a great job of keeping everything stocked and running. like I said less an issue with the property/staff and more an issue with other travelers not sharing the space with others. you guys did great!

hopefully there will be some changes of choice of breakfast, I stayed for a week, the breakfast are the same everyday. although it's easy breakfast, still would like to have more choices or changes. And it is recommended to have your own vehicle or uber for transportation. public transportation is not that convenient.

Great location, grounds around building were very nice and park-like. Barbecues and fire pits for guest use. Large clean suite, pretty good kitchenette for light cooking. Beds a bit soft for my comfort but otherwise furnished well. Pool and gym were clean - hot tub was in need of cleaning. Free breakfast was pretty good, excellent waffles. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Hope to return again.

New hotel, very nicely appointed with a small kitchenette, full sized fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Small couch TV watching area was nice too. Nice outdoor area in the summer with BBQs. Double pull down blinds, one for privacy, the other to block light. Good breakfast included. Big shower with soap and shampoo dispenser. Appeared clean, no random hairs like I've found in other hotels, which is certainly a big plus! Super good value at 130.00 per night.

Nothing it was all good ...but as with any of the hotels, I never know how actually clean it is.

the value for money is great. the breakfast included is a good start to the day, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the atmosphere is very friendly with lots of unique spaces to sit, mingle etc.

I’m not sure if this is a Hilton policy because this happened at another Hilton property but both times I had do not disturb on the door and the house keeping manager knocked on the door before it was time to be out of the room. if it says do not disturb, doesn’t that mean don’t knock on the door? and if the policy is you need to check out before the stated time… then that should be more clear. I’m more of the Ross Geller type when it comes to hotel checkouts.

The location and price were amazing, we were always able to find parking and it was great to be able to hop onto, Ellerslie, gateway or the henday in a few minutes and travel anywhere in the city. The staff where extremely friendly and helpful and check in and out was great.

Continental breakfast was standard. Pretty blah honestly and my partner is celiac so there was not allot of selection. Needs work. The pillows on the beds were not great I feel they should have been substantially better. Although it did not have a restaurant it had them close by. Kids in the pool/ hot tub until 11 pm and I don't mean teens I mean screaming 2 year olds that had no business in the first place. 10-12 pm should be adult swim time. Thought that was kind of standard. All in all we would like to book the fall August weekend but we will have to see.but would appreciate those items pondered.

Everything was really clean and plenty of outdoor parking. the staffs were really friendly and professional. the rooms were very well maintained and their attention to details in what one room should have was very thoughtful. breakfast was also good!

there was none, this is not a negative but only one that I would mention was a work table lamp and its socket was rusted and as I switched it on whithout knowing I could get a burning smell and the bulb fell off. I raised it with the front desk and they were really prompt in taking action and as always very polite.

Rooms were very comfy and had everything we needed. Location was good, assuming you want the south side. Staff were nice. There’s a nice restaurant in walking distance.

We partially chose the hotel for the pool, but could never use it because it was always absolutely packed with screaming children (there appeared to be several sports tournaments staying in the hotel). Breakfast was varied but not many healthy options.
