location amazing. Food absolutely delicious - freshest oysters and best cooked fillet! Rooftop pool the perfect temperature and the perfect way to start / end each day. Staff wonderful, helpful, professional, friendly.

Slight inconvenience in not being able to pay for the room by phone when my partner arrived before me and was unable to access the room. Staff were trying to email me but had taken my email down incorrectly. Not a massive problem by any means! - but just caused a little stress at the time while I was trying to finish a project and get out of the office :)! Bath was a little small but it was really lovely to have one, thanks to staff for working to accommodate our request 🙏🏼!

The room was lovely, everything we were expecting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly the doorman, Darren. Check in was easy and the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to securely leave our bags with them prior to check in so we could explore the city more comfortably. The buffet breakfast was great, a nice selection of foods and a very easy to use coffee machine. We had a great stay, and will happily be booking again in the future.

We were only there for one night, so didn't really have time for anything to go too wrong. Not really anything we didn't like!

Lovely selection of food for buffet breakfast. Bed was comtfortable & valet & room service staff were pleasant. Location is a 10 minute stroll from Elizabeth Quay which was lovely. Room Service was convenient and prompt.

Sadly the coffee machine broke down at breakfast, staff did not explain this to us on entry. Would have been nice to have staff let us know to make coffee orders with them or if they came around to tables and took our order. We discovered that we needed to place order by observing other patrons in the restuarant. Otherwise, staff were very helpful & machine was soon replaced.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Hotel has been renovated and rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms, shower and amenities were very good. The restaurant, although nice meals, is on the expensive side and valet parking is $60 pn. We were travelling with a group of friends. I had suggested we book here as had stayed previously. Although we were the only Hilton Members in our group and also at Genius Booking level, we all paid the same price, but only one in our group was upgraded! And sadly it wasn’t the solo one who booked direct and paid more! Just a note for Hilton to get their act together when offering upgrades.

We stay here as often as we can. It has taken place as our favourite hotel in Perth. Everything is always spot on. We arrive in from work late at night, straight to bar for cheeseburgers and a drink. Front office staff are always lovely, concierge has a joke with us. People vaguely remember us which is nice as we fly under the radar and don’t like attention. We are very casual. Stayed with the kiddo last week and she loved it.. gotta fix the pancake maker though.. it’s being playing up for months. Chefs are great, as always up for a quick good morning and chat.

The room was pretty big and I was impressed to have a lot of floor space. Buffet Brekkie was insane and I loved the extra options of Miso Soup and Rice also the Make Your Own Juice Bar was the best as I needed some ginger for my throat from all the screaming I did over 2 nights at the concerts I went too. 24/7 Room Service is the greatest thing a hotel can ever offer as I was starving at midnight after my night out and really enjoyed the spaghetti. The Concierge Desk - they were beyond helpful with everything I needed and I was even happier when they didn't even bat an eyelid when I asked them to freeze my breastmilk.

The Tv lied to me with the whereabouts of a filtered water station to refill bottles, I felt stupid walking around my floor looking for the water. Luckily a very nice man at the Concierge Desk let me know there wasn't and just gave me a bottle of cold water. The lovely staff at the front desk also let me know if I wanted to fill my bottles I could do it in the bar.

The location was great, central to where we wanted to go. Breakfast Buffet was a good selection. Huge TV for the size of the room. All staff that we encountered were exceptional from Front Desk, Room Service and Deliverer to staff at Breakfast and Valet.

The phone didn't work properly so a bit difficult to order room service. Had to call a couple of times as it cut out or broke up. But the staff tried their best. The dinner plates at the Breakfast Buffet were very hot, I nearly dropped it after picking it up. 2 others after me almost did the same from the heat. Toilet roll holder to the room, difficult to get to. Had to put the roll on the bench. Not easy being almost a 180 degree angle on the same wall as the toilet, not practical. You could clearly hear conversations from the next room through the joining door to the rooms.

Room was well appointed without being ‘showy’ and clean I liked that bathroom supplies body wash, shampoo etc were in refillable large containers not wasteful small plastic ones. Environmentally more friendly. We had continental breakfast included in price and was more than adequate for choice and quantity. Able to walk to Kings Park and convention centre close for cheaper parking option.

Door to balcony being locked. Like to be able to have option to go outside and have door open rather than aircon all the time. I prefer a sheet as well as doona as too hot with doona on but cold without.

Bed very comfy, room service was delicious and arrived very quickly. The bar was lovely at nugget, and the breakfast in the morning absolutely wonderful! A huge choice. Everyone very friendly and everything very clean

I was a little unhappy with the shower pressure, but understand that in a hotel with lots of rooms it can be low. (I'm used to more pressure at home) Also had to park elsewhere because valet parking was full, this was a little frustrating as we had to walk with our luggage to get to the hotel, and then move the car again once we checked in as there was no street parking, or room in front of the hotel. These did not detract from enjoying our stay, and I will stay again!

The room was completely clean and well serviced. The breakfast was quite good with a range of choices and food quality was good but not exceptional. Generally breakfast was focused on quick in/quick out business type food. The Miso soup was packet mix, salty and quite dreadful. The young lady on reception check in was first class.

The television set did not pick up local channels easily and things like SBS movies were not available, rather only pay as you go movies.
