Adina Apartment Hotel Perth

Very spacious

I didn't like how hard the hotel was to find. I took directions of the hotel Website and the little side road which leads to the ramp wasn't part of the directions. Google maps was trying to lead me in the oppisite direction when I needed to take a barely visible side road to the left of the car park entrance which looked like part of the bus station. I could see Adina on the wall in small writing and I think there may of even been an arrow. I know this can't be an isolated incident as we had 3 different uber drivers get to the entrance of the car park and cancel pick up. The only thing I can think which might help in the future is painting thr hotel name and an arrow on that little road.

It’s closeness to busport as we had early bus to catch and it’s a five minute walk. Comfortable rooms, beds, specious bathrooms. Everything you could need to stay one night or longer.

The check In procedure. Having returned from 4.5 months of international travel, we had two pages to fill out (after a 30+ hour journey) and then credit card request. We had booked online and they have the details but they insist on a physical card for security whatever this means. As we hadn’t been asked for this in such a long time we didn’t have it available and had to go through luggage. Staff need to have more consideration for people who have just arrived who are tired, jet lagged etc. we felt processed rather than welcomed. I think key check in without staff would have been less stress!

The location was fantastic, as we had an event at the exhibition/convention centre which is literally right across from the hotel. The staff were so nice, and the actual apartment was very clean and cute. Bathroom included a washer and dryer too which is handy. Didn’t get to use the pool but we heard good things from other people staying.

The toilet and shower was a bit cramped — The actual bathroom was quite spacious, but if anyone bigger/taller/with physical disabilities were there, they would have a bit of trouble using these facilities.

The location was perfect for us as we were attending a Conference at the Expo Centre. Close to Elizabeth Quay train station and was well signed for the short walk to the hotel. Hotel food in the evening was also good value for money.

The flooring in the kitchen had holes in it and was very old. Additionally the cupboards in the bathroom were very old and warped and splitting from too much moisture over time. Whilst the evening food was good value I would not recommend ordering the breakfast basket. As it is delivered the night before muffins and bread are stale by the morning and the cereal which comes next to the yoghurt was soggy.

Great location in City next to exhibition centre and bus station, many things within walking distance, spacious apartment with balcony, very quiet inside. Friendly helpful staff. Good consistent internet Clean on arrival and room serviced daily, ample toiletries, hair dryer, bath, good sized bathroom, dishwasher. Large comfortable bed variety of pillows. Parking onsite or at exhibition centre. Overall enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

the venue was ideal as I was at a conference at the convention centre. bed was comfortable but the rooms were very small. was adverised as for 3 adults but meant that the third was just a fold up in the lounge.

no fan in the bathroom so became very damp with steam . toilet was really close to the door to the bedroom and jammed in next to the vanity . We are average size and had difficulty. A large person would struggle to use the toilet.

Never got my deposit back which is disappointing I folded my sheets cleaned all surfaces washed all dishes and smoked on the balcony never once did I smoke in the room . I paid 800 for 3 nights and use keeped my 200 bond . Won't stay there again because of this my company encourages us to use adina . When covid was around the eastern states boys stayed there for over 2 years , me and my friends will not be staying there again

Venue was very close to the conference we were attending. Also within easy walk to the Quay and various eateries. Lots of wardrobe space and well-appointed kitchen and living area.

A little noisy right next to the bus interchange. It was quiet in the room but not pleasant when on the balcony. Facilities are very tired, especially in the bathroom but quite liveable.

Spacious area with the included lounge and kitchen leading into the bedroom . Clean gym, pool and sauna with clean towels being provided . Nice and friendly staff who were able to help when needed and a reasonably priced restaurant who delivered room service. Was easy getting in and out and was overall all a good place to stay located right in the heart of the Esplanade

There wasn't an issue so I have nothing bad to say

straight across the road from the convention center, which we needed to be at for the duration of our stay. apartment definitely suited our requirements and was clean and tidy. staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I’m not sure if the bar and restaurant are a part of the hotel, but the signage said it opened at 7am, and it didn’t open till a lot later. it would have been good to get breakfast and a coffee for the early mornings we were up.
