Mantra on Mary

Excellent location in Mary St right in the heart of the CBD. Reception was helpful and placed us on the 35th floor to minimise noise from nearby construction. Apartment was clean and well setup. Great views from the balcony. Would def stay again if needed to be in CBD.

Not the hotels fault- a lot of construction going on in Brisbane CBD and Southbank with new underground stations going in. This was happening right next door BUT couldn't hear it even at night as they put us up on high level. Staff were very helpful. NO WIFI though- had to sign up with an Accor program which I didnt want to do. Aircon was a bit hard to operate and you couldnt vary the temp- it was extreme heatwave in Brisbane but luckily the locked aircon was ok.

Arrived early before hotel check-in time. I was assisted with my luggage until a room was available and received a call to check-in. The location is central, no stress. Night Owl is right opposite the property for a hot cup of cappuccino

1 Bedroom apartment was good. Exactly what I needed. Only request that the cooking utensils to be replaced but otherwise I was able to clean a pot and used it to do my cooking. The bathroom is good but can be unsafe if the tenant is not careful. If slippery it will be really unsafe.

Great staff, very helpful. Great location in centre of Brisbane. Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen with gas cooking

Air conditioning broken in first apartment, so we needed to shift rooms. We requested a quiet apartment but there was major construction going on next door which started up at midnight on our 4th night. After a bad night we needed to change rooms again to a quieter apartment on the other side of the building

The room was very clean and everything seemed very well maintained. Bed and couch were lovely and comfortable and there was a great amount of machines and services within the room.

Gym was a little shabby so a small improvement there would probably be an unnecessary but welcome change. Also some floors smelt a little funny in the hallway but hey, what can you do?

Step-in shower over very deep bath(dangerous) people over 70 should be informed Very HIGH setting on outside furniture (very awkward) Dining room chairs very heavy to move Should upgrade pots & pans No fire instructions on back of door!!

it took 3 days to get our sink fixed as the food disposable was blocked and the sink would fill with water, meaning we couldn’t use the sink or dishwasher. they need to supply more items for people that are staying for a week such as bin bags, toilet paper, basic things like that maybe even a vacuum to keep the place clean as they only offer once a week cleaning

Stayed there again this week as staff are pretty darn good, friendly atmosphere. Dam!! the bed from last week. This time I stayed 2 nights. Talked to senior house keeper and office person. They placed duvet underlays on mattress and what a difference. Bestest bed and sleep. All round great staff.

Stayed there the week before and slept on the couch (doubled up on sheets to cover suite) for 3/4 nights as bed was awful. Reception tried to find me a portable bed but couldn't. Thought they would at least offer a rebate of some kind. Had not experienced this is past stays with them. Lounge suite needs renewing but this is not due to Mantra. Hate!!! showers over bath tubs.

The room was comfortable

The taps to the bath couldn’t be changed over from the shower. There was no plug for the bath, staff had to go searching for one. The height of the bath is way to high for shorter people like myself, it was difficult to get in and out of. The access to the actual hotel was difficult to get to due to the construction next door.

I liked the location & the service. The rooms were great & comfortable, the shower was hazard alert, other than that! It was perfect I liked the vibe & how it the room was set out, my room was close to the garage shoot which was great!

The Cafe wasn't my favourite, the Coffee taste burnt, the service was decent, the girl who served me didn't tell me how much my coffee order was, not to compare the Royal Albert Cafe is pretty good.

Travis was really amazing. Top bloke, assisted us with many queries and very informative on what was needed. Bed was very comfy n clean.

There were no pans for cooking with. One of the apartments booked, was very musty smelling and aircon wasn’t on, on arrival. Managed to work out how to utilise it. Loved the shower pressure and the clean facilities.
