Staff, particularly Ho, were very helpful and accommodating.

We booked a 2 Bdr Apt 6 months in advance, requesting the highest floor possible as we came from a Regional Area to enjoy views....upon check in we were allocated the 6th Floor! The lounge could not seat 4 people as booked. Only free to air TV was available. The electric oven did not work, thank god the microwave did. One bedside lamp in the master Bdr did not work. Basin plug in the 2nd Bdr did not hold water. Shower rose in Bdr 2 operated only just above a trickle. Bdr 2 door did not close properly.

Central location exactly what we wanted, and apartment had everything you could need for either a short or longer stay, with good facilities for washing and cooking etc. All the staff were friendly and helpful, with a special mention for Ho, who helped us sort out teething problems with the fans and safe.

The beds were quite soft, so no good for us and we ended up with backache most mornings, but would be perfect for anyone who actually likes soft beds, so just a personal dislike rather than a problem with the apartment. What we REALLY didn't like though, was the lack of curtains in the living room. (There was a net curtain only). It is quite creepy sitting there knowing that the dozens of people in the apartments over the road can see everything you are doing, like being on display. We ended up sitting in the dark and just using the ambient light from the bedrooms to see our way around in the evening. Whoever owns this particular apartment (I think it was 1103), should pay for a decent curtain to protect the guest's privacy.

Great location. Central to restaurants and shopping.

This was a very small apartment. Quite pokey and claustrophobic. It was listed with city views, but in actual fact it was just views into neighbouring apartment blocks. We had to leave the curtains shut the entire time. The queen bed was uncomfortable and had two very distinct divots worn in. The couch was also very worn and uncomfortable. It would have been nice to be able to come back the the apartment at the end of the day and relax, but there was nowhere comfortable to do so. The bathroom was also awkwardly small with little bench space and only 1 towel rail. The tv was old and not a smart tv, so we were limited to free to air tv. It would have been nice to be able to relax and watch a movie at the end of the day.

I want to highlight one of the staff named Ho who has a positive and cheerful presentation that made us felt very welcome. He is very helpful and friendly. I like the location, room is clean and especially it has washing machine ,it is very helpful to a family travelling with kids. My boys were happy to see "sweet treats" on the table and a greeting card. Thank you. I would definitely recommend to anyone if they travel to Brisbane.

Staff was really friendly. The laundry machine of my room was broken but I needed to do laundry, I called the reception and the staff brought my clothes to other rooms and did laundry for me.

There are not full cover curtains in the living room, however the building is too close to others, and the room is clearly visible from outside. I feel like it is a bit hard to maintain the privacy.

Location was great! Within walking distance to Botanical Gardens, great food and coffee joints, bars and clubs, museum and art gallery, train and bus stations and abundant shopping experiences. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and we had a great view of the bustling hub below from our large balcony. Staff were incredible... Jess and Benji were particularly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and valued.

The powerpoint behind the right hand side bedside table in the first bedroom (room 205) was pushed in to the wall and needs fixing. The dishwasher was stuck on a 13 hour delay, which we were able to reset, but it kept coming back on to that same delay every time we tried to use it. Jess tried to fix it also, but it did the same for her. Back to old fashioned dish washing.

great location minutes walk from queen st mall and casino. staff were great, received a complimentary late checkout a bottle of wine for my birthday. would def stay again. try to get higher floors, pool is on level 5 so level 6 is a bit noisy. aim for level 7 up

the keys have room number on them very hard to read. we had multiple rooms and the keys a bother. would be great if room numbers were on the keychain in large numbers. aircon in one of the rooms made a noise but only some of the time. the sauna was out of order for the whole 6 days which was a shame.

Excellent location with an easy walk to the botanic gardens, riverside ferry, queens gardens etc. There is a starbucks on the corner and many great breakfast options nearby. The kitchen in the room was well stocked and it was very helpful having liquid for the washing machine provided in the hotel.

The bed was not very comfortable, it felt old and spongey

there was a kitchen which included all the ammenities needed to use them aswell as clean ay items used. the balcony space was lovely aswell and the aircon was always keeping the room cold and at the perfect temperature. there was also a intercom which allowed you to see whoever was ringing your doorbell in order for you to be bale to let them in the building.

there was a lift in floor height from the hallway to the bathroom and me and my partner kept stubbing our toes, aswell as the TV kept disconnecting from the wifi so we had to connect every single time which took 5 minutes. a side note.. the hallway smelt like off food? it might have the the insence in the hallway?

I loved the location of the hotel, it was very central to the mall, the river and the train station. I was also happy that the hotel upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment which made our stay that little bit more comfortable.

I felt that a coffee pod machine would have been a nice touch as seriously, who drinks instant coffee?. Also, the unit could accommodate 4 people yet it only had one small sofa and some plastic chairs to sit on, this was not ideal.
