Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane

smooth midnight check-in and helpful stuff who get taxi for us every day. impressed by breakfast buffet which are simply clean, healthy and the waitress and chef are very attentive especially Yeri who had small talk with us every morning . one day my husband got stomachache, Yeri and the chef prepared breakfast box for him. location is excellent and there is restaurants , fast food and shopping malls around , walk distance to casino , Queens Plaza and South Bank, Arts Gallery, Museum etc. I would say everything is practical in the hotel.

There is no bath in the bathroom but shower. We didn’t get used to softer mattress. The hotel rate is bit higher. Some facilities have to be used in nearby Westin hotel.

Perfectly located in the heart of Brisbane and close to the Botanical Gardens. Every convenience wuthun walking distance. This hotel has amazing views. My 24th Fl room had massive windows that looked through the skyscrapers of the city. The windows had privacy curtains as well as a complete electric blackout screen. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and sell designed. I really liked how you could open part of the bathroom wall to enable a view from the shower to the city skyline. All amenities in the room (bar fridge, tea/coffee, etc). Fast lifts and large enough to accommodate my eBike. Friendly staff with fast check-in/out. The 12:00 check out time was appreciated. Will happily stay again.

$49 for parking seemed excessive to me. Although I was happy with the service .. I am not a fan of Valet Parking .. especially when it makes it more difficult to access your car during your stay.

Valet parking - it is brilliant. Cost $49 per night, but honestly we have travelled many times to Brisbane and parking your own car (ours is a 4wd SUV) is a nightmare in the city hotels. Having someone else park for you is a god-send. Plus based on our experience, other hotels cost not that much difference really for regular non-valet parking (sometimes even more). Buffet breakfast - it was nice to be able to have the buffet option, particularly for the day of check-out. Bed - very very comfortable Chromecast - chrome cast is available with free internet :) Perfect to stream your fav streaming services before bed / when relaxing for a while in the room Location - well located. Also next door is the Westin, where you can get access to the gym + Nautilus pool in the Westin (they are both from the Mariott Bonvoy group of hotels)

Nothing - we really enjoy the hotel

The room was large very clean shower was good. The view from the room was average.

Only 3 Tea bags in the room one English Breakfast one Green one Mint. This I thought was poor especially as we both wanted an English Breakfast and only had one bag. No saucers for the cups and only one wine glass in the room. I think you could do better. The breakfast was good however the bacon was overcooked and had a bad pig smell. I couldn't eat it and my wife actually felt sick after eating it. The chef cooking the eggs was excellent. If we stay again I'll bring my own tea bags.

That we were able to use the pool at the Westin. The swim up bar is amazing. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpul.

The daquiri in the pool probably shouldn't be an option as they are very large and melt into the pool water. There was a staff member in the pool bar who wasn't very friendly to the other staff members. He was very aggressive and seemed annoyed that the pool bar was annoying. There was a lot of hotel guests who were looking for seats however couldn't get one in the pool area due to people attending the pool party.

Check-in was very easy & efficient. The staff were quite helpful & explained all of the costs associated with the booking. Room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Although on the 24th floor, we had no trouble with getting elevators. Breakfast was a good spread with omelets & eggs cooked by a chef. Location was convenient to the Botanical Gardens.

Price for the room was very expensive for what you receive. Would have expected it to cost at least 20% less, however, all hotels in Brisbane that weekend were expensive due to multiple concerts being held in the city.

Room and bathroom were great. View was great. Pillows were quite average though. Great location.

Breakfast buffet was extremely average. First time for breakfast, everything was empty and not being refilled and incredibly unorganised. Couldn't even get hot water to make tea. Last day redeemed itself as the last in charge had everything running like clockwork.

My partner and I spent our 4 year anniversary at Four Points, and upon arrival we were gifted 2 different bottles of wine and a small grazing platter with a lovely note in our room which was very sweet. The room was very comfortable and clean, and bonus points for the chrome cast in the TV!

The breakfast was slightly disappointing, while we only tried the buffet options the food was very average. The buffet room felt dated and claustrophobic as well. While it’s nothing special, it does the job.

Cleanliness, Friendly Staff, Beautiful Room

Confusion on breakfast and check out times. online it states that check out is 11am however on the pamphlet in the hotel it states 12pm. but the biggest issue was breakfast. breakfast was 6am to 11am on the room pamphlet, however when getting there we were told it finished at 10:30am SHARP. So we were left with barely any time to enjoy our breakfast until getting told it’s now done and we had to leave. a little disappointing for an ending to our stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, I asked if it was ok for a late check out, they were only too happy to accommodate my request. I will definitely be staying there on my future visits to Brisbane 😊 and having a coffee shop right there was such a convenience, the coffee tasted lovely too!

Had a bit of trouble turning on the electricity in the room, staff was only too happy to assist - issue with the key but other than that enjoyed my stay
