We had a very comfortable stay. Nice, clean updated room and bathroom. Very quiet suburban location with practically no traffic noise. Perfect if you have a car and don't require CBD location. The nightly rate was very good value considering it's Brisbane location. Would stay here again!

Air conditioner didn't work and a small fan heater was supplied which didn't do much to warm the chilly room.

Everything was above my expectations and a lot better value for money. Enough parking, generous supply of soap, shampoo, milk, coffee, and tea. Microwave, iron, and kettle; all good for a single person. Clean sheets, extra pillows, sofa, table, desk; all good for a business trip. I will differently go here for my next trip. Great management.

Bigger space, bigger and comfy bed, bigger fridge, big tv, very good value in all aspects of accommodation within cbd. It’s not a five star looking hotel but I enjoyed my stay. Fabulous staff, he was busy but because he was cleaning the rooms to a tee whilst very accommodating to my late check-in and late checkout.

None. I only needed to understand when I got there that it is a building and not flashy looking from outside.

Air conditioned room. Comfortable bed. Undercover car park. Friendly staff. Quiet. OK for the price. Close to a lot of popular eating and shopping needs, within 1- 1.5 km. Would stay again.

Well worn older building. Under cushions on couch had not been cleaned for a while. Signs of wear on furniture. Very tight in some parking areas.

Excellent staff & location. Friendly & helpful with smile at all the time. I really love it. Room was quite good for family has one kid with one double bed & one single bed.

Bin was setting next to the door. May they think that will help to easy for customer to track rubbish in but I didn't like that. I wish the room has a window that will better to get fresh air.

Everything, room was large & set out nicely with wall mounted TV along with Air-con in the perfect position, fridge was in central area + the bed & extra pillows were super comfy, everything was clean & tidy, check-in was easy & so was check-out. Highly recommend staying here to anyone

Room was very clean with comfy beds and a good amount of storage. The location was great and not too far from the city. Because we were arriving after 5pm, the front desk staff were very helpful and phoned to organise leaving a room key for us.

Room was comnfortable and facilities were good. Some cover when getting to your room in the wet but limited. Pools of water need to be skirted around.

Some minor touch ups needed however new owners are undertaking renovations. Some work needs to be done on TV reception.

Excellent customer service. Nothing was a bother when we asked for a few things. Room was ready early so we were allowed to enter. Room and facilities were clean and comfortable m. Excellent location close to Stones Corner and 15mins from City.

Parking, wifi and had tea and coffee, Tv ....No view as such as its on a street with other houses but for the price its perfect, very clean, it was near my work so perfect location and is near shops. Have booked to stay again for my next work training day.
