We are from the Philippines, but working as a nurse in the UK ☺️ We had a very fun and memorable stay at Osmanli Cappadocia hotel. The staff's were very helpful and patient in answering all my queries. They were all very kind to book us airport transfer service, tours and activities available. I kept on asking about the hot air balloon and they still answered me in a nice way, all the time :) By the way, hi to Fikriye, Ozkan, Feyzullah, Berk, Yagmur and to the rest of the crew. You were all great! They have 3 lovely dogs in the hotel who kept us entertained in the lobby. We also enjoyed the 3-days free breakfast offered by the hotel. I personally love the coffee, egg, sausage, croissant, dipped it with honey and ?turkish ice cream. The room we stayed in was perfect! Nice view from the rooftop. The breakfast was delicious; tasty pikelets and crepes with cream, chocolate and honey, fruits, breads really fresh, cakes, chocolate pudding, salads, juices, cheeses, turkey, traditional Turkish savories, croissants, yoghurt, cereal, and hot foods. The location was perfect; 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Customer service was outstanding; the hotel people helped with every request, they did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable, and were always polite. I liked the 3 friendly dogs that belonged to the owners of the hotel. The room had a very comfortable bed and nice shower.

I was surprised by the room quality - everything seems new, nicely decorated. The room and bathroom are spacious, very clean - cleaned every day. Kettle in the room, everyday bottle of water. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast - variety of choices, buffet with a nice view:) The whole property is nicely decorated. I spent my evening on the terrace. I also appreciate that after my checkout, when I came pack for my backpack, I was able to take a shower and refresh before the flight, they even gave me the towel - very nice, thank you:) They arranged balloon flight - very nice, highly recommended and a green tour - also very recommended:)

The best part was the hospitality and behaviour of the staff. Extremely understanding and helpful with all sorts of queries. They even helped keeping our luggage and made us comfortable until our taxi arrived even after our check out time. The room gave an authentic feeling and very well maintained. We also booked red tour and hot air balloon via Osmanli and everything went well. The tour guy named "tour guy" was our spoc for the red tour and he was fab. I would recommend him if your going to take red or green tour as he has a great sense of humour and keeps your engaged. I will thank Osmanli team, Tour Guy and Hot air balloon team for a wonderful time at Capadocia.💫🌠

my friend and i have spent just 2 nights here and frankly i wish i could stay more, everything was great , clean and very well organized well situated , near to goreme center where you can go for a walk, have dinner , money exchange, bus station (to nevishir and from there you can go to the main sites) , the staff are very kind , respectful and helpful everyone at the reception special thanks to all of you , especially Berk and the lady who answered all my boring questions :) , thank you thank you i hope coming back to cappadocia and sleep at this hotel again 🙏

constructive comment : rooms doors are not soundproof , if someone wants to take a nape you can hear all what s going on in the corridor (cleaning , walking... ) it wont bother you if you stay out all day.

Forget the Leading Hotels of the World collection or Fine Hotels and Resorts. This little boutique hotel easily belongs on any list of the best places to stay. The front desk is extraordinarily helpful and well-versed in high-end hospitality. The breakfast buffet was second-to-none, and the chef in the restaurant will eventually go on (I'm sure) to earn high accolades in one of the world's culinary capitals. The views from both the rooftop deck and the deck on the restaurant level are incredible: if you're looking for a place to watch the balloons launch and fly directly overhead, this is your spot. If you told me that everyone that worked at this hotel were former employees of Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, or Shangri-La, I'd believe it. The service is top-notch and the property is maintained beautifully.

I wish the pool was heated, but we were admittedly a bit late in the season to expect to be able to swim.

The highlight of our stay at this hotel was the amazing caring staff (from reception, to breakfast service, to cleaning team) - everyone was very professional, helpful and kind. The biggest help we got was with booking the red & green private tours, the balloon flight, the dervish ceremony and the Turkish night directly via the hotel's reception team. Every morning I walk up to see the balloons taking off and the 2 terraces built on top of the hotel for this are perfect - I think Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel has the perfect location for experiencing this. The rooms are clean, very well equipped, have comfortable beds & great showers. The newly opened swimming pool is a bliss on a hot summer day, when you come back to the hotel after a full day being on a tour.

The hotel is gorgeous. I felt like royalty staying there. It is beautifully decorated. The ambience is amazing. They are prepared for guests who may arrive much earlier than check in time, with a shower available to freshen up and change. They also do their best if you need to check in earlier. There was also a surprise about this hotel which I'm not going to spoil as they don't seem to like to advertise it.

The location seems dodgy at first. There is alot of construction going on. My shower doors were a bit difficult to open. Breakfast options were just ok for me but I have found that alot wherever I travel not just this hotel.

Very nice and modern hotel. Great breakfasts, nice staff, nice rooms. And very cool swimming pool, looks and feel very posh. One of few hotels with terrace 360 where you will have great views of the balloons in the morning from all the angles. the hotel has also second terrace, so plenty of space for all the guests. Really perfect hotel if you wish to take amazing photos with the balloons. Balloons are taking off in front of view from small distance and fly everywhere around you.

The location is not right in the centre centre. You have to take a little walk (10-15min) to get to the centre of Goreme. When we stayed, there was no chef to cook dinners or any food during a day or evenings. We had to walk (or short taxi ride) to the centre to eat. Swimming pool could be a bit warmer.

Beautiful property with easy access to central market area. Just 10 min walk. It has a beautiful panoramic rooftop which is great for viewing hot air balloons. They fly close by in morning. Staff is helpful and arranged for Hot air balloon flight for us at last minute.

We stayed there for 2 nights and personally I feel there should be more variety in breakfast. We wanted to access pool and found that hotel had wierd timings which is 11 to 7pm. Most guests go out for day tours and return late which leaves little time to use the pool services. Nothing major. Property is absolutely stunning with all amenities.
