The King suite was big with two bedrooms ,living room and kitchen . The location was in heart of the town with many restaurants etc just minutes away from hotel. Omar was great; he helped us arranged the visit to valley via horses through a small private ranch . The family at the ranch was great and walked with us all the way to valley and back. Omar was always available to answer our questions and he has great knowledge about the town and surrounding attractions.

Everything was great.. the breakfast could have been little better.

The hotel is a very nice place and located in a very convenient part of the little town. Everyone at the hotel is very helpful and the breakfast up on the terrace is a wonderful experience. We felt we were living with a family in a place that was very clean, cosy and well maintained and managed. Unlike all the hotels built into caves on the hill side, this hotel is at ground level and very convenient when you have bags and you don't need to climb up the hill side several times a day! Its very convenient to the very quaint town, central square, restaurants and the hotel goes out of their way to ensure you find economical options for everything you do, be it airport shuttles or tours or even visits to the nearby places of interest

The hotel has a really nice and authentic architecture. It has a very nice terrace where you can just chill and enjoy the surroundings. You can also see the balloons from there during sunrise. The rooms are quite spacious and has everything you might need including a fridge. They also had water bottles free of charge inside the rooms which we especially liked. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Parking was a bit of an issue. We were told we could leave at least one car in front of the hotel but when we got there we were told we can’t park there. Although it wasn’t hard to find parking spaces around the area, it looked like it might be a little problematic sometimes. The terrace and the little seating area right outside the room could’ve been cleaner. The seats and the tables were dusty.

We stayed in the Deluxe room for 4 people which turned out to be the big cave apartments: living room with the kitchen and 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, total space is about 60sq.m, really big, maximum occupancy is 8 people. The room is very warm because of heated floor, we stayed when it was -15C at night and was ok! Breakfast is very good: big variety of salads, cereals, cheese, French fries, pastry etc + they will cook you eggs of the preferred style (omelet, fried or boiled). It is served on the terrace with a great view on the town. Your great experience will start with a WhatsApp chat with the host Kadir, he dropped us a message as soon as we made a booking and was very helpful to answer all our multiple questions. We booked a transfer from and to Kaisery airport from the hotel, it was cheaper that through the travel agency and very comfortable. Our return transfer was early in the morning so Kadir made us some great sandwiches.

The bed matrasse was too hard for us but maybe just our personal preference (kids were ok). There was a smell in one of the bathrooms periodically.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. The room is clean and spacious, is also well maintained. The service was great, like 5 stars hotel, they great us from the beginning and so enthusiast. Thank you Kadir for making us feel so warm welcomed from the beginning and for being helpful for the entire stay. Thank you Mostaafa for being always with a smile and helping us with everything. The breakfast is great, plenty of options to choose and everything delicious, thank you Mavis and Seher.

To be excellent I have 2 feedbacks: I requested to have cleaning services 2 times and was not done, this did not ruin my stay but caused inconvenience after a long day walking under the sun. Second: I requested late checkout at least to extend 1 or 2 hours, I can tell we can accommodate the requests of the guest specially after an inconvenience. I also work for hotels and I know we can do it. We had to find a place for a nap, in the sofa of the lobby and then in the restaurant, this was not nice. Maybe to create a common area where the guests can chill or rest a bit if cannot give late checkout or early checkin. Any ways this did not change my experience.

Very handy location, Right in the heart of city Center, Exceptional Service and good value for money. Breakfast was awesome. Mustafa and his staff provided great service and provided honest opinion. Unfortunately we could not see Kadir who we dealt with as his son was passed away on that day, If you want to go for any tours or activity or airport transfer don't look at anywhere else, they will have it all arranged in house with reasonable price. This guys can be trusted, In one occasion we had balloon ride booked with them but they found it cheaper deal and honestly suggested for half of the price. Definately go back again.

Stayed in Dec 2022 with my family (2 adults & 2 children). We had a suite where there were 2 bedrooms. Very huge and spacious. One bedroom has a double bed and the other room has a double bed and a single bed. There was a kitchen too. What we loved about the place was that it was a cave hotel. Beautiful designs on the wall of the cave. Daily cleaning helped. The whole place was very clean. Breakfast was ok. The view at the breakfast place was good. Since it is in the heart of Goreme, plenty of eating places. The suite was a stone's throw away from the reception building. So it's kind of like a house by itself with another room next to it. We liked it cos it gave us privacy. Overall, I would recommend the place.

The whole suite was very cold. I don't know if the heater was working, though the staff checked it and said that it was working. If it was, then the heater might not able to heat up the whole place properly when we were there. We had to bundle up when we were inside. We were aware that there was no washing machine in the room. So had to get the help of the hotel staff to settle the laundry for us. Needed to pay for that service. On 2 occasions if I recalled correctly, the water was turned off. Maybe due to a renovation being done in the restaurant or something next door.

Very good location nearby the street. Breakfast was really good and the lady organised breakfast is like a family. I really liked it so much. The tour guide Mrs Tuba and Driver Mr Omer was good and explained things in detail. The pottery, lather and jewellery shops where the tour guide take us on the way during the tour must be avoided, they are really over priced, it appears to me that it is a scam involving tour operators and sellers, we went to tour but they insist you to go those shops.

They are mot accepting credit card. It is really bad and they force you to pay cash whatever way you have to manage it. It will put you in trouble if you ate not prepared with cash.

I was expecting one building with few rooms all together. This is a family run business with a good breakfast, however the installation consists in different building separate one from the other ones. Our room was located in another street close to the office building, confortable designed but the lines were old and dusted. If you are outside the main building, you need to walk to the main building to take breakfast at the top. The staff help you with the attraction reservations and tours. You pay when you arrive not before (they receives Euros & and local money) If the Hot Air Globes is cancelled, they let you know and accommodate in the next available. They returned your money if there is a cancellation. Location is excellent because you can walk to restaurants, local shopping and souvenir stores.

My personal down site, the owners smoke inside the office, and driver smoke inside the car and I the main entry of the building have heavy smoke environment that was a big problem for my and my son due to my allergies. The transportation from the airport to the hotel. Heavy smoker smell inside the SUV and waiting time (45 minutes) until the car was full. If you are not patient, take a taxi.

We booked triple room, that appeared to be very comfortable, having impression that we were in cave, bathroom designed in cave-style. Hotel is located in the middle of the site, shops, restaurants and close to everything you want to see around. From the rooftop terrace you can watch the balloon show and enjoy the marvelous sunrise and sunset on the panoramic view. Continental breakfast offered varieties for any taste, tea and coffee was availabe in your room mini kitchen any time.
