The staff were very nice, were in touch even before the stay(texted us one day before to ensure we have everything). The room was excellent and had heated floors. I could walk around without slippers on a cozy warm floor!

The room we were given didn’t seem to match the one we selected at the time of booking. We paid extra for a room that was shown on booking.Com but seemed to have given the one that was basic. I could be wrong but we never got asked or told about it at reception. I’ve noticed a lot of hotels do that. Also, the name can be misleading, this property is imitating a cave, it’s not an actual cave. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options like the other hotels I’ve seen around.

The hotel area must be a relatively newly developed area and still a lot of construction works going on around the hotel, however, town centre is very close (5 mins to Goreme centre, 15 mins to Open Air Museum), and we had a family room with direct view to the valley. As the hotel location is slightly elevated on a hill, we could see the magical hot air balloon views in the valley every morning from our bed, which made our stay in so special. The hotel was charming, clean and had floor heating, it felt so cosy and warm even in the stone room! The hotel staff were very helpful too.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. top notch customer service. The room was super clean. the view from the top terrace was breathtaking for sure. Location was walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. Highly recommend!!!!

Not much I did not like about the property. The only thing I would suggest would be to maybe have lunch and dinner options. There is no lunch or dinner available for purchase and you are forced to go out to eat. The rooftop terrace would be an amazing place to have lunch or dinner. lastly not sure if it’s to preserve the stone or if it was actually not working but better AC system for the room. it was literally cooler outside then inside my room.

I would say the location is one of the factors to remark, besides that the rooms and the hotel in general speaking is the same as on the advertising on Booking, so no surprises on that. The Staff is welcoming and always with good energy, the breakfast is complete and good 😊 I love it. The rooms are fantastic and clean, the place is highly recommended.

there isn’t anything I didn’t like so far on my experience in this hotel; however outside the hotel there was a huge mess with the roads, but once again is nothing to do with the hotel itself

The breakfast was the best. Fatma and those in the in the kitchen provided excellent service. Food was excellent as well. The whole family enjoyed it. The room was nice and spacious with a good view.

I requested for an invoice/receipt for my VATs refund claim but was told by them to print it out from booking.com. Multiple times I requested for it but told to print it out from Booking.com. even though I informed that booking.com receipt cannot be used for VAT claim. I never had this issue with other hotels I stayed using booking.com platform.

The restaurant staff was very helpful and made sincere efforts to give us vegetarian options. Overall staff were always smiling and friendly. They even upgraded our room to suite. Thanks.

The rooms (cave rooms) were suffocating at one point. No air conditioning in rooms. There is little to no air ventilation on the ground floor rooms. Maybe that's the concept of cave rooms. One may avoid cave rooms in summers specially.

A Memorable place..Warm hospitality by Fatma and Ahmad. Very loving and caring people. Beautiful view. Delicious breakfast. The location is awesome. Reachable from all sides with ample restaurants nearby. A beautiful masjid nearby had added advantage to my stay.

Nothing for sure. The receptionist tried to arrange a balloon ride but unfortunately, it was not happening due to bad weather conditions as Civil Aviation authorities didn't approve for safety reasons. Still, I enjoyed my stay relaxing with family and enjoyed the rainy weather in the locality.

Bathroom was warm all the time .No windows I guess not to sure . No air circulation. There was misunderstanding about chekc out time. On booking.com says chekc out till 12 am . I was very confused. I did confirm with receptionist, however I had to chekc out at 11 am and they corrected mistake at booking.com website

Beautiful typical hotel, the panoramic view on the rooftop is incredible We had a suite room which was really beautiful, luminous & comfortable The reception staff is very nice and helpful to arrange activities and airport transfers A very good choice to discover the region!

Little tips for Hotel Management: The breakfast could be improved: too much food but not good one (french fries) and not enough fruits / fresh bread / yogurt / juice... One of the breakfast employee couldn't understand basic english & lastly the room cleaning could be improved (beds were barely arranged every morning)

The place was beautiful and clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful, the helped us book all our tours and activities. The breakfast was free and the best we had on our travels in Turkey. The wifi was strong and free. The view from roof where they serve breakfast is breath taking. We highly recommend this place.

Not an actual cave if this sort of thing makes a difference to you. It's made of blocks of the same stone the local cave homes are made of but not a natural cave itself. I got over this real quick, it's a beautiful place.
